Cons:

El desayuno todos los dias lo mismo y muy basico. La ubicacion esta en un sitio normal para ellos, pero para la gente de fuera una autentica pesadilla.

Une très belle adresse à Zanzibar, alliant confort, charme et tranquillité. Les équipements sont appréciables, les espaces bien entretenus et l'atmosphère propice à la détente. Une expérience que je garderai avec plaisir. Boss qui est à l'entrée propose des excursions sur-mesure, et peut vous aider avec vos déplacements en taxi aussi.

The breakfast is good. The staff were helpful and welcoming. It is close to the beautiful Stone Town beach where one could rent a boat easily to nearby interesting islands.

Cons:

There was a smell from the sewage hole so the bathroom is smelly. When I complained about it the attendant came back with a pleasant fragrance to spray the bathroom but it could not stay pleasant throughout. The other issue is that cars cannot access the entrance of the hotel directly. I was told that is the situation with hotels in Stone Town specifically. You have to drop off with your luggage some 50-100 meters and walk to the hotel with the help of your taxi driver. If it is raining then you will have issues. I booked for double bed but I was allocated two small beds. When I complained about it I was told my preference was unavailable, and that all rooms have the same rate at the property.
