Cons:

Near highway but neighborhood unattractive, not walkable. TV did not work for some channels.

Fine for a quick stay
Pros:

Generous breakfast, huge room, comfortable bed. Staff was helpful turning off neighboring room's beeping alarm clock.

Cons:

Hair in bathtub, highway noise, crowded breakfast room (at least two school busses of kids staying on a Friday night)

Cons:

bathroom had no fan and opened directly into bedroom area. very little opportunity for discretion when staying with others.

Moving across country. Left a child’s plushie and the staff were amazing at retrieving it and sending it across country

Pros:

Loved the pool, wish it had shade, but that's the only complaint. Beds were super comfy and clean. Loved the breakfast and eating area. We were able to use the laundry service with no issues. Security was seen through out the night doin their job.

Cons:

Had to call for security because their was a person clearly on drugs in the parking lot. Other than that, which is not even the hotels fault, it was a great stay.

I would do it again
Pros:

The breakfast was one of the best 'included' breakfasts I have had at a hotel. And the room was fantastic.

Cons:

Price, but that would have been true no matter what I think given the general room rate, but I specifically paid more for a 'better' room and I generally like holiday inn express versus any of the quality inns or days inn. Also the staff was good as well.

Overall, it was convenient!
Pros:

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The areas of the hotel and coming into the hotel were clean. Morning breakfast was excellent. The location where the hotel is at is perfect close to a Walmart and close to the interstate highway. Applebee's next door!

Cons:

As walking into the hotel employees did not greet us. We stay 3 nights bed sheet were never changed. I'm thinking it was due to Covid 19 rules they were not changed. Place was too busy not enough parking space.

All the staff was amazing, the hotel is good for the price, but needs a bit of updating

The Stagg was great the location is very convenient to UNM campus

Cons:

The bed was old and had a dip in the middle, I could hear all the rooms around us above and on each side
