Perfect for exploring Porto!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Beautiful old but wonderfully renovated building. Our room #3) is the most requested for a reason. Beautiful two headed shower and enormous! Ceilings were like 15-16 feet. Breakfast was just lovely. Definitely recommend. Highly.

A charming hotel with lots of character and comfort.
Pros:

This was such a charming hotel. The location was central to Porto and we were able to walk to most sites. Mariana was so helpful and really made our stay there enjoyable. The breakfast was so lovely. The staff was friendly and engaging. We enjoyed cocktails in the outdoor area. The Port Cocktail was delicious! Our room was quite nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel to all of our friends!

We did enjoy our stay. Breakfast was very nice and staff very friendly
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised after arriving at the hotel. The door is very heavy and it is hard to see that the property is behind the heavy doors. The foyer or the welcome desk could use a spruce up however once you get to the room it is a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

Hard to get luggage out of the car due to traffic conditions.

Overpriced.
Pros:

Room was large and very stylish. No issues with cleanliness. Bed was comfortable. Downstairs bar and dining area are beautiful.

Cons:

Extremely overpriced for what you are getting. Some staff were very welcoming, others were rude. Bizzare room design, where the toilet does not have a sink, meaning that you have to walk all the way across the room with your dirty hands to get to the sink. The road is very noisy at night, and required earplugs.
