My kids loved the swimming pool.

My family and I booked a one night stay. The room was very dirty, stained dirty sheets and blankets, the mattress that is built into the couch was worn out with holes. There was also items, things on the mattress. The mattress was also ripped, and it was no way safe to lay on, there was stumped on gum on the floor, both TV's did not work lucky for us. I had my laptop. So I was able to entertain the kids with movies on my laptop. It looks like housekeeping, just throws dirty sheets on top of the beds. The pillows were dirty and had red stains on them.And it looked like they were covered up with pillowcases. My family and I got no sleep at all because of all the fighting from the next door neighbors and the people above me that kept fighting and yelling all night long. They say that they have a nopet policy.But there was dogs barking all hours of the night. People yelling help in the hallways.
It sounded like people were actually physically fighting for hours. We had to ask the clerk for clean. Sheet to cover up with, because none of the sheets or blankets on the bed were clean. Hey started to give some sheets to us.And realize that one of was dirty and had hair on it? So he switched it out and gave us another blanket that still had some smart stains on them. Tub was so dirty.I did not even wanna shower in it and I did not want my family to shower in it. The breakfast was simple. There was no protein available. Just your typical pastries, apples, oranges, pancakes, coffee, orange juice, etc. The only thing that was fun about this place was the pool. The kids had a great time in the pool, but that was about it. I recommend this place. If you are looking for something within the budget, but if you are looking for something that is clean and quiet, this is not the place for you. And if you are looking for something that is family friendly. This is also not the place for you.

Night time worker was a lot friendlier than when I checked out.

Cons:

Pretty much everything in the place was dirty. Hair all over the beddings. Burn holes in the comforter and then pullout couch had old towels in it. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all pubic hair on the walls and tub I wasn’t even able to shower during my stay. someone’s dirty wash towel all hard and crusty hanging on the shower curtain. Only shampoo and body wash no conditioner. No toilet paper. And the breakfast was very disappointing

Convenient to stores and restaurants. We were told remodel, updates occurring. Definitely needed! Faucet handle in bathtub had to be fixed before we could shower. Barb on night shift was a gem! We got in really late due to flight delay and she warmly welcomed us.

The man at the front desk was so very helpful and kind. He was accommodating as well.

Cons:

The water temp in the shower took forever and only got a little warm. Also, the front desk didn’t answer the phone after the man who checked me in went home.

Pros:

While the service was excellent, the hotel is pretty run down. Fridge & tv didn’t work and the water pressure circumspect. I think it’s going through a renovation from being a Red Roof which I didn’t realize upon booking until I saw the WiFi was still labeled as Red Roof.

Pros:

it was good overall, they are renovation parts of the hotel so it was not fully functional. the pool was not heated and felt like ice. the room overall was good, slightly dated but unsure if the room we stayed in was updated or not yet.
