Cons:

Die Ausstattung für Business ist nicht angemessen.
Meeting rooms werden nicht regelmäßig betreut und aufgeräumt. Die Ausstattung ist etwas veraltet.
Im Café unten in der Lobby wirkt die Ausstattung nicht einladend.
Im Zimmer gab es zu wenig Steckdosen, nur 1 am linken Nachttisch.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Leider nur 1 Kaffeemaschine, daher langer Stau.

Good hotel
Pros:

The location is good and the apartment is very spacious.
The free valet parking.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Waqas.

The breakfast needs improvement. For 5 start hotel it should have more variety.

整体不错。
Pros:

View很好；房间整体布局很不错，设施齐全，有微波炉、烤箱、刀叉；打扫很及时。

Cons:

微波炉是坏的，找了工作人员，需要重新换一台，太麻烦了。

Pros:

We had a wonderful view from the room.

There was a very nice surprise decoration waiting for us when we entered, which made our arrival feel special.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

Cons:

The blanket provided for the sofa bed had burnt holes in it, which was disappointing and not what we would expect from a hotel of this level.

The sofa bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable. You could clearly feel the springs in your back, and even our 7-year-old complained that it was very uncomfortable.

The taxi drivers waiting in front of the hotel were very pushy and kept trying to take us, even after we clearly said that we had already booked our own transport.
