Traumhaftes, stylisches, Herrschaftshaus am Strand bei Santa Teresa
Pros:

Traumhaftes kleines stylisches Hotel im Regenwald am schönen Sandstrand bei Santa Teresa. Das Haus ist ein Herrschaftssitz sehr repräsentativ, stylisch, modern gestaltet, mit großzügigen Gemeinschaftsräumen, die Zimmer sind sehr groß, sehr großes gutes Boxspringbett. Bei Ausgang zum Strand befindet sich eine überdachte Holzterrasse mit Liegen und Yogamatten.

Cons:

Zu wenig Haken für Handtücher und nasse Badeutensilien.

Pros:

Beautiful Hotel Villa directly at the beach. Pool is great. Lots of space and the rooms are also very spacious. Everyday there is a typical costa rican breakfast. We loved it.

An amazing and serene stay, just be prepared for a little supernatural activity.
Pros:

The property was absolutely amazing, beautifully maintained, with a prime location just steps from the beach. The staff was incredibly responsive, communicative, and made us feel well taken care of. For most of our stay, it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves, which made it even more special.

Cons:

The only downside was our room. We were in a downstairs room next to another family (there was no one else besides them there), and although the upstairs room was empty, we heard footsteps above us throughout the night.

It got a bit eerie when a bag in our room suddenly fell to the ground on its own in the middle of the night while we were sleeping and we heard what sounded like footsteps just a few feet away from our bed inside the room. It definitely gave off haunted vibes.

Also, be aware of crabs that get into room.

It felt like I was staying in a castle!
Pros:

The hotel was one of the most beautiful and cleanest we have stayed at in Costa Rica. The hospitality was exceptional, the swimming pool was wonderful and it was right next to the beach. The freshly made breakfast was delicious!

Pros:

Super nice villa, the style and the design is incredible, shared kitchen, very clean and nice, barbecue grill that can be used, direct beach access, perfect spot to relax and clam down. Breakfast was also nice, really loved the fruits especially

Cons:

The Aparment we had was really visible for everybody as it was directly at the pool. So not a lot of privacy but we knew that in advance

Beautiful property, I met wonderful people there.
Pros:

The architecture and art throughout the property inside and out — it’s quite away from the busy road but near the action and food spots. The property is self contained with everything you need - pool, beachfront, yoga house, parking - very comfortable.

A hidden paradise that exceeded our expectations
Pros:

This property is amazing! Just like the photos. We made a last minute change and secured this property at 6:30pm for two nights starting that night. We felt like we walked onto a movie set - it is so stunning! Quiet away from the town, you can hear the waves crash, architecture and design is beautiful, our room was huge and the bed was so comfortable. Truly a dream! Plus it was fun to have breakfast with all of the guests between 9-10am. We would 100% recommend this place to others and if we made our way back to Santa Teresa / Malpais, we would only stay here

Cons:

Nothing - we loved it. It is in a tropical area so expect a bug or two.

We arrived at night and it was a bit challenging to find the driveway - just go slow and you’ll find it!

Pros:

Stunning & so soothing for the soul. I really lucked out staying my final night in Costa Rica, it’s a beautiful refuge. Staff is exceptional, a warm friendly vibe from start to finish.

Pros:

Nos encantó el hospedaje, cerca, frente a la playa, seguro y muy lindas instalaciones. Muy buen trato por parte del staff y como un plus, incluyen un rico desayuno. Una excelente opción para estar a una corta distancia del centro pero a la vez alejado de la locura. Volveremos!
