The lady at the front desk.

Cons:

Interruptive traffic noise all night, hammering and pounding from the next room, where something was being repaired, there's inadequate sound proofing, and all of the foot traffic on the sidewalk is just TOO noisy. There were no lamps, so it was very dark. Or too bright. The mattress on top of the wooden pedestal kept sliding backwards, I had to push it back into place every time I got back in bed. To top it all off, there was no HOT water!!!
