It was a bit hard to access the hotel, because it is on a one way street, and you had to go around the block to access their parking.

Cons:

The stuff could not give us direction and was not familiar with the small town.

Convenient location in Santa Fa.
Pros:

Convenient location just outside of Oldtown Santa Fe. Plenty of parking available. Staff was very nice and served coffee in the morning.

Cons:

Room had a very strong smell.

Noisy location
Cons:

The road the hotel is on was so loud. I was the room closest to the road so I don't know if it was better in other areas, but it was so loud all night. I wouldn't stay again because it affected my sleep

NO GOOD.
Pros:

We arrived at the location we had previously request we check in at 1:30 pm and was told "YES" no problem and we arrived we were told that none of the rooms were ready and when we finally got our room at 4:00 pm we tried to unlock the door and the dead blot was in use. about 1 min later a cleaning lady came around and we were standing by our room and the women opened the door and her daughter was watching tv and laying on the bed eating. This is very unsafe and unprofessional when I brought this to the attention of the clerk she was unbothered and was rude. Nothing was done about this it was basically take your room or don't. We were very unhappy with the clerk and her response to the issue.

Finding a cleaning lady's daughter in our room watching T.V. laying on the bed and eating. And nothing was done the clerk was rude and absolutely no help.
