Pros:

It was close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

Pool wasn't open, only one ice machine and it didnt work, the pull out bed was very small, and the fridge was very loud.

Pros:

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and great shower! No one was available at check in when we arrived. Just a sign asking for guests to have a seat and wait. Seemed weird and even though a phone number was given it was only to be used for "immediate" service. We waited for a while and after another family arrived we were going to call before someone came to the desk.

Bad customer service and unacceptable rooms

Cons:

Pool was closed and not disclosed before we booked. When we got there to check in, front desk staff tried to tell me I hadn’t prepaid for a room that I had, didn’t offer any options to fix the problem, stated manager wasn’t available to help resolve issue..finally after about 30 minutes the staff realized that she made an error and once fixed she was able to see we prepaid. Staff was rude and didn’t offer any compensation for their actions. Room was stuffy, dusty and needed repairs. Not what you would expect for the price. Then breakfast next morning was half empty and the only beverage option was coffee. No juice milk etc..horrible experience. We had pre reservations for an additional visit in October that we cancelled and booked somewhere else.

Below Marriott Standards
Pros:

Upon checking in and going in room, the room smelled musty and stuffy. We turned the AC down and it did not improve as the night went on. There was no handsoap in the bathroom, the tub had a dinge to it, the floor was not very clean and the shower curtain was wet and smelled musty. The sheets on the bed was very itchy and scratchy, no bugs, just not comfortable. The room was uncomfrtable all night as the AC didnt cool offThe niext morning when we checked out and went to breakfast, there were not many options for "breakfast" including bagels that were rock hard and english muffins that were chewy even after toasted. Overall, this location was not to the "Marriott Standards". I have been a Marriott member for over 30 years and would not return to this location or recommend this location.

Disappointing for how much it costs to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast area was clean and breakfast looked decent. I was in a hurry so I didn’t eat there. I did grab an egg sandwich which wasn’t too bad.

Cons:

My room was very damp. The carpet felt wet and the bathroom floor was sticky. There was hair on the faucet in the bathroom. The carpet was pulling up from the edges and some of the corners in the room were rusted and wallpaper was pealing away.
