Disappointing and unfriendly behavior

They didn’t refund the deposited money just for staying 4-5 minutes after 11 am even after without any damage of any property!
Lift was also horrible.

la posizione abbastanza centrale in Atlanta. Hotel molto basico ma che offre quel che serve per un soggiorno senza svenarsi.
Attenzione: le camere sul retro danno sulla Interstate: sono molto rumorose e a questo rumore va aggiunto il rumore del condizionatore! per chi ha il sonno leggero diventa d'obbligo richiedere una camera vista parcheggio!!!
nota positiva: abbiamo chiesto "al totem" un phon nella nostra più completa perplessità: situazione smentita dopo pochi minuti ci è arrivato in camera ! (tramite la signora delle facility che lavora dietro le quinte)

Cons:

il check in su un totem con operatore remoto che chiede di infilare la carta di credito e che alla fine "sputa" fuori le room keys. E' la prima volta che ci capita e siamo rimasti spiazzati.
camere sul lato nord molto disturbate!

The room was nice and fairly clean. The floors and rooms were key card entry only

Cons:

The location, no coffee maker, no extra blankets, no extra towels. The receptionist wasn't in person. He was on a kiosk. We had to pay $15 for a parking pass and give a $100 deposit.

Excelente precio-calidad
Pros:

Check in rápido, lugar y zona muy buena, lo que solo nos dieron una tarjeta de entrada y hay que usarla para entrar y salir en varias puertas. Después todo de 10.
