Cons:

No parking, no support from staff in heavy traffic season. Upon calling they just asked us to park anywhere. Pathetic hospitality

Pros:

Nothing, worst experience ever.

Cons:

The stay was opposite of 'seclude' and I would never go back. I don't ever write bad reviews regarding a property but this one deserves one.

No parking (pay 500 extra per night to part next door), bugs and insects on bed and in the room, switches not working, wifi not good, loud music in the building behind, noisy construction happening next door, damp towels (I'm pretty sure they were not even washed).

Bad experience. Can find 100x better places!

Wonderful !
Pros:

The view were amazing and the rooms have character and every room is different ! The staff is very helpful and try to fulfil all requests! We had a great stay. And it’s very near to the Mall Road

Cons:

A little expensive and it has steps to reach the property which is can be a problem for senior people and also it has a steep walk but car goes till the gate!

The staff was the best and the service the hospitality of pahadi people .. Mr. Mukesh, Mr. Shashikant, Mr. Arbind their presence made it so welcoming and very helpful.

Cons:

The bachelorette drinking in late at night.

Pros:

Great people. Team of Nitin,Mukesh,Sashikant,Arvind, Gaurav , Ilu and Vikas were very sweet and helpful!
You get a great view from this location.

Cons:

There is a steep climb to reach the property.
Please fix the bolts inside the rooms.

Pros:

"I had a fantastic stay at the seclude Mussorie. The check-in was seamless and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. My room on the 1st floor was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning view of the city skyline.
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom came stocked with quality toiletries. I also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made planning our days easy. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff at the restaurant were attentive and friendly.
Location-wise, it's perfect – just a short walk to several attractions and well-connected to public transport.
Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again. The service and quality exceeded my expectations, especially for the price.

Seclude Mussoorie Winterline is the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The location is unbeatable—just a short stroll from the hustle of Mall Road, yet the property feels like a peaceful escape. The outdoor area is simply breathtaking with views of the Doon Valley, especially at night when it lights up like a galaxy. The staff’s warmth and the delicious food made our stay even better. Even though there’s no private parking, the staff made it so easy by helping with our car and luggage from the nearby public parking on Mall Road. Highly recommend!

Exceptional stay!
Pros:

Seclude Mussoorie is such a beautiful property! The vibrant color scheme makes the whole place feel lively and welcoming. The outdoor area offers an absolutely mesmerizing view of the Doon Valley—lush green during the day and at night, it feels like you're looking at a galaxy with all the twinkling lights below. It’s magical 24/7!
Special thanks to the staff and Manager Nitin who made sure our stay was comfortable.
Kudos to the team. Will love to revisit soon.
