Pros:

The pool and work out room were great.

Cons:

We were there for 3 nights and not once dos they clean our room. I specifically went to the front desk to request it be cleaned while we were out. When we returned, no new towels no new bedding, no vacuuming, no toilet refill. I had to send my son to the front desk for more.

The gym was clean and cool

Cons:

I had to get my key card reactivate four times during my stay. Every time I left room 402 I needed a new card to get in. The indoor pool is small.

We enjoyed our stay we drove in from West Texas for our son’s doctors appointment. The staff was great& always smili

Property was clean and we liked the parking lot was lit during the nighttime. We felt safe leaving our vehicle

Cons:

The only problem I would be the side boards of the room were pealing off& the shower curtain was short.

Pros:

Decor, location, previous good experience

Cons:

Asked for rooms adjacent or next door, did not get. They tried, but then one of rooms did not have working tv. So one of the rooms was changed. We made it work.

The facility was nice, clean, and quiet. The location is great also.

Cons:

I didn't like the water pressure in bathroom sink, shower was much better. I didn't like that the mini refrigerator never got cold & there was no freezer section. I ESPECIALLY didn't like while checking in Staffer Tria was on her phone the ENTIRE TIME. Asking me my business and her party hearing my responses!!
