Overall meets expectations
Pros:

The property was great very comfortable located in a great place same parking lot as a Main Event and food and shopping area

Cons:

I was uncomfortable that my room door was open upon my return to the room but the manager took care of it and nothing was missing so I will choose this place again when in this area.

Won't stay there again. There are better places to stay.
Pros:

The facility is run down and needs considerable updating. The smell of deodorizer was very strong in the room, and the AC/heater wall control did not work. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

Cons:

I was given a room where the TV did not work and I had to request to be moved to another room. The bathroom floor tile in the new room I was given was broken and the floor was dirty. The room also reeked of deodorizer and when I turned on the AC/heater the smell of burned lint added to the bad air quality.

Pros:

The staff was kind and friendly. The check-in process went well. I had a little trouble understanding the concierge because my hearing isn't so great, but she was kind and understanding about the situation.

Cons:

The bed was super uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on a boxspring with just a couple of small pillows and a flimsy bedcover. I was glad I booked a double queen so I could use the additional bedding, and I was also glad I was only staying one night.
