the locate is what sells of this place...the piers and all the tourisy stuff... the courtyard was nice... hotel staff were nice, there is parking, $65 a nice plus 14% sales tax.
the beds are not queens... they are full size so its tough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers...its worn out and kinda old...but it is clean. the sink in the bathroom did not drain well, we stayed for 3 nights, that's more than enough.

Location is great, facilities very good for kids. Rooms are confortable.
We tried to communicate with them before arrival and that was very hard. Waiting for too long on the line, no answers to emails. Once we were there though, staff was very helpful and friendly

The property and room were very clean. The staff were great. The facilities at the property were great. The location couldn’t be more ideal as it between Pier 39 and Fisherman’s Wharf.
