I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has a four-star rating. Based on my experience, it falls far below what I would expect from a hotel in this category.
The biggest disappointment was the staff. With the exception of the housekeeping ladies, who were kind and polite, every interaction we had with the front desk and other hotel staff was cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was, without question, the least friendly hotel staff I have ever encountered.
The hotel itself also feels very outdated. None of the windows in the room can be opened, so there is no way to get any fresh air. The central ventilation system is clearly insufficient and never made the room feel properly ventilated. Instead, the air felt stale throughout our stay, making the room uncomfortable to spend time in.
Overall, the hotel feels old, poorly ventilated, and lacking in basic hospitality. The only employees who left a positive impression were the housekeeping staff, who were consistently friendly and courteous.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and genuinely do not understand how it maintains a four-star rating.
Szuper elhelyezkedés, sok parkolóhely
Kicsi franciaágy, nagyon drága parkolóhely, nagyon rossz TV
Location was excellent.
Wish they cud hv an extra sofa bed in the room
We travelled with our teen son and this was a very fun hotel to stay. It has a game room and outdoor fire pits for s’mores. The front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location.
The rooms were small, but standart for a big city
המיקום מעולה
מלון קצת ישן, חדרים קטנים והחניה יקרה
It was clean and comfortable. The outdoor game area and fire pits with complimentary snores was an amazing added touch. I’ve never spent time hanging out in a hotel except in the room.
N/A
The hotel is good, the rooms are o.k. The lobby is cool, it has a nice chill out place, a bar, fire pits which was nice. The location is good if you want to be in the touristy part, there is restaurants and bars near by.
Our first night we noticed a leak in the toilet, and the maintenance guy said we should switch rooms because it needed to be fixed, which is fine, not like they can doing anything about that. But then, they put us in a room that was literally on the parking lot, we had to have the shades on the windows on the whole time because people were parking their car and walking directly in front of us.
When that happened they did not apologize, and when we asked if we could get a bit later checkout for the inconvenience, they said only if we pay. I understand that they did not have to do anything, but this was a huge hassle to us on vacation, to have to pack again and move rooms in the middle of our stay, and they did not even care or offer anything to apologize, and even gave us a worse room. I am sure they will say that they did not have any other rooms available in the huge hotel, but the whole experience was unpleasant and i would not recommend the hotel because of that, even though the rooms and hotel itself was o.k.
La ubicasion, los Juegos en el Patio, Parqueo y el personal Exente. Todo estuvo maravilloso.
Amenities and location were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The beds are way too small. Parking is too expensive.
Excellent location. Lots of things to do for kids and families. Community atmosphere. Parking was included in room rate for us and they allowed us to remain parked after check out. That was nice. Fun theming. Very interesting sink!
Communication about parking and entrances and exits would have been helpful, but we figured it out and just asked later.
It couldn’t be more centrally located in the Fisherman’s Wharf area. It had all the amenities of a standard hotel that you’d expect and was a comfortable enough place to stay for a few nights.
This is a Super 8 quality hotel for Marriot prices, even considered for its location in SF.
