Great location very close to a lot of restaurants.
When I booked it nowhere did it say it had additional $35 resort fee plus I had already paid for $65 parking fee. They add a lot of fees to the stay. My room rate was $289 for 1 night by the time I checked out my total was $444.
Room is filthy and the toilet doesn't work in our sons room. We asked to move him to a different room which they did.

totally lied to us at check in when they said they needed to take a deposit but that it would be refunded upon checkout. Over a month after checkput and lots of chasing, do I finally get a response that the reason they didn’t refund me is in fact because they charge extra hidden fees titled ‘amenity fees’. They owe me £80! Thieves and scammers!
Great location if exploring Fishermans Wharf.
No smart TV - so unable to cast streaming services, this is 2026, I thought this was standard in all hotels until we stayed here.
Noisy, could hear alot of noise from the corridor.
We arrived 3 hrs before the check in straight off flight from Australia, we were advised there were 8 rooms free for check in if I wanted to pay a ridiculous early access price, I have NEVER in all my travels been told I needed to pay when there were plenty of vacant rooms for the privilege of coming a little earlier.
There was only one lift working for the whole 3 nights we were there.
The customer service at this hotel was non-existent.
Great family hotel. Kid friendly. So many things to do be it playing ping pong, darts, shooting pool, making s’mores. Great vibe! AND right around the corner from Pier 39.

Good location. Very close to Fisherman's Wharf.
There are plenty of activities to do within the hotel like, billiards, table tennis, jenga or just chill near bonfire and toast marshmallows
The room and bathroom is clean. But i think they use strong cleaning agent that the smells stays in the room. It does not bring a hotel feel, but instead remind you of hospital because of strong chlorox disinfectant.
I like the location and the beds were very comfortable.
I didn't like the reception staff or the smell of methane in my room.
