Loation next to UCSI was perfect for those who need to be near the college.
Rooms were rather small and tired looking. Amenities were quite basic but passable for a short stay.
There was no phone directory in the room, needed to contact room service but no info on how to reach them. I went to the reception to get a spoon but was told the cafe was close and there was no way to get a spoon. Only stirrers were provided in the room. Service quality is below expectation.

My stay at the hotel was a great experience, especially thanks to the Saudi girl working at the reception. She excelled in her role, displaying professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Her exceptional service truly enhanced my experience.
Staffs service were excellent. Breakfast is yummy!. Room cleanliness in top notch. Sky lounge is one the highlight on this place especially during evening time. U can see the sunset if u are lucky enought. Overall experience were amazing.

Being an Asian and having stayed in numerous hotel, airbnb and homes in Asia and all part of the world, the rooms are humid beyond normal. - even though our toilet were dry, the humidity from the rain outside the building had caused our room to be humid. This was hard not to notice when our floor was damp, to the point where we could feel the stickiness and see our footsteps on the floor. TOO HUMID for comfort.
the location.
the bedsheet is not clean, I can see stain, hair and definitely it has a smell of others people oily head smell on the pillow. so I know that the pillow case and bedsheet wasn't changed. the sink water pressure is very low. very basic room and not worth the price paid
