Pros:

Very nice and clean. Wifi is not that good. Maybe due to we are using overseas phone. Reception staff was good and patient.

Cons:

The corridor lights are very dim and the corner room is so far from the lift lobby. We didn’t mind when they offered us but we didn’t expect it to be quite far especially when we go down for breakfast in the morning. The corridor needs some light as it felt very yin at night.

The location was beautiful, we had lakeside view rooms

Not easy to navigate around hotel if not a native speaker, very large and would be helpful if they could put a sign up saying directions to reception
