We really liked the location of the hotel. It is situated in a quiet part of the island, not far from Punta Ciricote and close to Punta Cocos. Everything, including the town center, was within walking distance (at least for us). We especially enjoyed the natural surroundings and waking up to the sound of birds in the morning.

We also liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the shared areas were very pleasant.

The staff was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was tasty, but the portions were extremely small — even for tiny ladies 😀 We feel that the breakfast could definitely be improved.

Pros:

Lugar tranquilo y limpio con dos piscinas pequeñas, proporcionan toallas, habitación y cama muy cómoda. Rooftop con vista muy bonita. Estancia correcta pero no se corresponde con el precio.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy escaso el café no es bueno y la comida en el restaurante no se corresponde con el precio. El personal es agradable pero no proporcionan toda la información en el check in. No me limpiaron la habitación ningún día y no se entiende bien el funcionamiento de horarios, desayunos, actividades por la zona.

Super aardig personeel. Receptioniste Mar hielp ons fantastisch en was erg gastvrij. We hadden een prachtige kamer met mooi uitzicht en de kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt. De andere faciliteiten in het hotel zoals het zwembad werden ook dagelijks goed schoongemaakt. Ontbijt was prima.

El diseño, el buen gusto y el staff de jóvenes que son tan atentos y amorosos!!! Alegres, serviciales todos.
El joven que está en gastronima de 10 cenamos un pescado y pollo con vegetales que estuvieron 10 puntos y de postre un panqueque con dulce de leche muy rico.un gracias enorme a Mar, Sergio, Andrea, Daniel y creo que Checo y Omar ( no recuerdo bien los nombres!) Aclaro que está alejado del centro pero está muy bien ubicado en punta Cocos que es una playa bonita y cercana a la bioluminiscencia.
Además olvide un par de prendas y se encargaron de enviarme un taxi donde me estaba parando. Volveria

Pros:

Emplacement super pour ne pas être en centre ville dans le bruit et proche de la plage punta coco à 5min à pied ainsi que de la plage pour admirer la bioluminescence. Pratique de louer des vélos sur place 15USD par jour pour aller se promener en ville et découvrir d’autres plages. Les gens très gentils et à l’écoute, prêts à aider en cas de question.
Le petit déjeuner était peut être un peu trop petit pour certaine personne (ce n’est pas un buffet mais un plat à choix avec des fruits et un jogurt).
Il y a également un rooftop qui propose des plats à la carte pour le dîner ou le souper. Et il y a 2 piscines dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Nous avons des soucis avec la douche et dès le deuxième jour nous n’avions plus d’eau chaude pour se doucher.
