IF your handicapped, just OK
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. Although it seemed they were in a hurry to shut it down Sunday morning.

Cons:

The handicap accessible room had a very poor layout. The bathroom was difficult to get into because the door took up most of the hallway. The closet for hanging clothes was only a half height closet and very small. My wife couldn't really hang her dresses up. There were no USB/AC outlets on right side of bed.
Price was very high for this type of location.

Cons:

The room was worn down and dirty. When we pulled out the sofa sleeper there was a ton of trash and what looked like old food, dirty, a sock, ect where I could clearly see. There was also a lot of dirty on the floor on the side of the couch by the window. It looked as if housekeeping just didn’t care to clean well. We didn’t complain because we aren’t the type of people to do that but I feel like most other people would have.

Cons:

No limpiaron la habitación ni una sola vez en 10 días que estuvimos alojados.

Shop hop over night stay
Pros:

There is a great outdoor space here! We didn't do the pool, but the weight room looked to be well equipped. Breakfast choices were very good! Definitely would stay again!

Cons:

Parking a little way away but it was a beautiful evening and I don't think that can be changed! Would stay again!

Booking .com gave us a switcheroo. Bad for them
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond in helping us.

Cons:

What I didn't like was that you booking .com change our room I reserved a king room and had a confirmation . You decided to change it to a double queen . The hotel staff got us into a king sweet . For the price after finding out you change it . I probably won't go through you again in reserving a hotel . I will just go through the hotel where I will be staying next time . It turn out ok for us . But you lost a customer from here on out.

Pros:

Definitely the location of the hotel was by the river side with serene view outside the room window

Cons:

Food options, it'll be nice to have some halal, vegan or vegetarian options as well

Pros:

The staff was really nice.

Cons:

The house keeping we couldn't talk with one of them because they didn't speak English. Then they gave us towels when we needed more but didn't come in and take out dirty towels. So room started smelling the second day.
