Loud and crazy
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel.

Cons:

I found a used coffee pod in the coffee pot, a plastic spider a previous guest had left on top of the bathroom mirror, and no usb ports. Makes me wonder what else they don’t clean. Very noisy kids running crazy and yelling in the lobby

It's a old hotel, bathroom door can't open all the way because the toilet stops it It's to small. Bed mattress you can feel the springs poking into you,it was very hard to sleep on. The maid came in and threw away all our snacks we had on the bar but the staff let us come get some out of the store. The Happy hour guy who makes drinks was so mean to black people. He would give white people 2 drinks at a time, when I asked for 2 drinks he ignored me, these people was in front of me that got the extra. Not going back

My stay was okay. I wouldn't stay at this location again due to getting a bad room w/no good ac. #22
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Hotel looked nicely decorated & different from other embassy hotels I've stayed at.

Cons:

Elevator was very slow at times & also closes extremely quick. Our room never got cool or cold despite the thermostat being lowered to 67°. So hard to sleep when you're hot. Hotel didn't maintain guest, kids were running around & being extremely loud.

It was ok. The bed was comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok.

Cons:

It was hot in the room, We had our AC on 60 and it was 80 in the room. If we didn’t bring our fan it would have been even worse. The kids running around all hours of the night was ridiculous. During the day the kids were messing with the elevators, Yelling and running up and down the halls.

A great place to spend one night or several nights!
Pros:

Nice sized rooms, clean, friendly service and a great breakfast! A+++ Definitely would recommend anyone needing a hotel to choose this one.

Not the best safety and security system
Pros:

Hello, I stayed here the night of my daughter’s tourney. One of the hotel desks employees unfortunately let my ex husband into my separate room although he wasn’t on the reservation. I have contacted corporate they stated they would refund me. Unfortunately I have still been charged and imagine if he was a murder.

Friendly Staff
Pros:

OKC is almost like a second home for me, and every time I stay at embassy suites I always feel very welcome. Shelby (SG) who works breakfast has always made my stay feel very welcoming!
