I love the room size

Cons:

The staff her name is Shannon and work at the front desk. For some reason, my room was canceled by her after I pay for it. She did not wanna take the time to see my receipt. And she didn't want to answer any of my questions. She only had 2 words. And that, was it a really s***** person to be working at Hilton? I've been dealing with Hilton for a long time. Never had any issues until my last visit. So we end up going to the true hotel, which was a better, but it wasn't what we wanted, it was something we had to get she needs to be put in housekeeping. She's a horrible representative for Hilton.

Amazing Staff
Pros:

My family and I stayed here at Embassy Suites here and the staff has been so wonderful! First, Bert was refreshing to meet. She is so friendly and was making everyone feel at home. Then we met Djoko. He helped me to get a high chair for my one year old and stayed talking to us for a bit and we got to know him and how he had been here for 19+ years. Everyone took care of us on Saturday. Then on Sunday, we woke up very late just before breakfast ended and Djoko welcomed us again and was very cheerful. We also got help from a couple other awesome staff, Sarah and Aliyah. We checked out today and Maria helped us get another high chair and was happy to help. I have not seen one staff member with a bad attitude here which is a rare sight to me. This property has amazing staff!

Pros:

Rooms were as expected and service at the breakfast was fantastic. Djoko, Sarah and Aliyah were very attentive. Omelette station Stacy, Harvey and Aurora were quick and kind. Bert was very welcoming and had a chipper demeanor. This team of people is an asset to the hotel.

Best service and cleanliness in OKC
Pros:

The breakfast crew and restaurant crew were fantastic. Great service and even better food. Special shout-outs to Krystal, Dave, Brian, Shelby, and Glenn. They took fantastic care of us over the month-long stay. The rooms were cleaned every day. I won't stay anywhere else in OKC now.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, except for it not actually being buffet style. The lines don't make any sense, there's no order or way to know where you're supposed to stand.

Cons:

There is actually so much that we didn't like, and we definitely learned our lesson and won't be staying anywhere near the area again. Way too many half clothed crackheads, just about everything in the rooms and bathrooms need updated, housekeeping did not come by anytime and restock toilet paper, towels etc. There were trays of food left in the hallway for about two days. It just wasn't a good experience, and now I'm having a hard time get them to release the deposit on my card.

You had to wait in line to be served even if you didn’t want a cook to order breakfast.

Cons:

The evening managers happy hour. I got there at 6:30 and they were out of chips, dip, and didn’t refill. That was the chintziest spread of food I’ve ever seen at an Embassy Suites. Noisy! Lots of kids/teens running around in supervised.

Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service by Beth & Djoko!
Pros:

We stayed at this Embassy Suites over the 2026 Memorial Day weekend, and the service completely stole the show. A massive, heartfelt thank you to Berth and Djoko—their incredible hospitality, flawless manners, and attentiveness made our holiday weekend truly special. They went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, and that kind of top-tier service is hard to find these days.
As for the property itself, the hotel is a bit older and shows its age in a few spots, but it is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The classic, spacious Embassy layout is always a plus, and the pristine cleanliness combined with the world-class staff completely made up for any outdated aesthetics.
If management is reading this, please give Berth and Djoko the recognition they deserve! We would absolutely stay here again just to experience their fantastic hospitality.

The best staff, great hotel!
Pros:

The bartender Dave is so attentive, pleasant, and just plain great at his job. Truly just wish I could put him in every bar I go into.

Dave was hilarious, so friendly and truly cares about his customers.

Rochelle was amazing! The Hardest worker, so friendly, she was a fantastic server. They seemed so short staffed and worked her butt off for her customers. And always stayed so kind.

Not only was this hotel great, clean, and convenient.

The workers were TOP tier. If I lived in this area i would be here weekly. That’s how good they were.
