Favorite stay in OKC so far
Pros:

Everything. Room was clean and awesome. Not super expensive for what we got. Breakfast and coffee were good. Environment was awesome.

Size of the room is good for 4 people

Cons:

The blanket was dirty, asked to be replaced, it wasn't, went to the desk and got another, dirty. Breakfast is a joke. Long lines. Had to wait almost 45 min in a line for an omelette. Scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes should be self service but they have someone serving one by one making long waiting lines. The soda fountain is basically colored water.

The staff were very warm, genuine and friendly. They interacted and were very funny and engaging. They solved problems fast with professional demeanor. They recommended amenities they offered at the hotel. The indoor pool was very nice and the evening reception was free and lively. The breakfast was free and very delicious.

Cons:

Glass elevators for the fear of heights people. Water damage below vents in room. Long wait for continental breakfast like 1 hour plus in line.

The bed was not good staff was ok i wouldn’t say rude but not really happy to help and the breakfast tasted reheated not

We always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites.
Pros:

Location is great. It was quiet, made sleeping nice.
Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as usual.

Cons:

The room we had needs updated. The wallpaper in the bathroom was separating from the wall, and the bathroom floor was very sticky.

Worst stay ever.
Pros:

As noted from other reviewers, this hotel may be refreshed in the lobby and dining area, but not the rooms. Our room had a huge bodily fluid stain on the mattress of the pull out sofa, peeling paint and wallpaper, some areas look like they have never been cleaned, carpet sticky. Probably the worst room I've ever stayed in any hotel let alone a Hilton. At $300/night which included all taxes and fees (thank goodness it was only for 2 nights), they should have paid me to stay there. Definitely some electrical safety hazards and health violations. Just horrible. Also the nonfunctioning toaster at breakfast, the so called cook to order is really only eggs or omelets. Pancakes like rubber and flattened cold french toast was awful.
