I wish I would have gone anywhere else.
Pros:

I could not bring myself to like anything about the property because of how my niece was treated by the worker at the counter and the fact that my very beautiful niece had to sleep in the car over night on South meridian in okc, just because of a workers mistake. And not only did they make her sleep in the car but she was spoke to and treated like she was less then. She was treated like an “othered” person would be treated. But when I go down to the desk to speak with this lady, I’m told her whole demeanor, attitude and tone changed. I suspect it has to do with a racist attitude because nothing else really makes sense. I would never recommend this property to anyone of my loved ones or friends. This property put my niece in danger and so many things could have happened that night to her while she was by herself, stuck, a predators best dream. I am so upset. Still:

I especially didn’t like that I wanted to talk to a manager about the situation with my niece being left out in the car all night when she was a guest listed on my room and the manager told me multiple times that she would get back with me in the evening but everytime I called there was either no answer or she was busy doing something and there was no other manager to speak to. The manager seemed totally unbothered by my nieces and I experience.

Very unpleasant 2nd floor reeked of onion or trash.

The breakfast was decent

Cons:

Customer service wasn’t its best, the hotel itself was very humid and hot . And the elevators you would have to wait for more than 10 minutes for it to come to your floor even when noone else is buzzing for it to be called. The “king suites” the living area was very cramped. For it being an embassy we were very disappointed.

OKC is OK.
Pros:

Suite size, happy hour and breakfast.

Cons:

Spider webs in my room and dirty windows; noticed a lot of the lights in the light fixture in the lobby were dirty and bulbs need replacing.

Overall horrible experience
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious

Cons:

The way staff handled the issues we complained about. There was a family reunion taking place and we were told that since they had 50 rooms and my family had one, they would not even approach the other guests smoking weed inside their rooms, which completely filled our room.

Pros:

Well the floor we were put on expirenced a water leak a day or two before so we had to walk our luggage around many floor drying fans. Was very inconvenient and when I mentioned it at check out no discount was offered or anything the front staff seemed very unfriendly and short, especially at breakfast asking for a confirmation of first and last name and verify room number actually caused my wife to have a slight panic attack to where she just wanted to leave and not be at this facility for any longer so we packed up and checked out 2 and a half hours before we intentionally wanted too... We stayed at this facility before and don't remember it being so run down... Our air conditioning in the room we set it all the way down to 60 degrees and never felt the room get too cold yet me say our own house a/c sits at 76 and we're comfortable... So yeah wasent completely satisfied with our stay being I was trying to have a romantic date night with my wife!!!
