Leuk verblijf op goede locatie
Pros:

Ruime luxekamer met geweldig uitzicht. Jammer dat het zwembad gesloten was maar we toch de volledige toegang moesten betalen. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Ideale ligging om de stad te ontdekken maar wel erg druk.

Cons:

Bediening in de bar is ondermaats voor een hotel met deze naam.

Heerlijk hotel op goede locatie
Pros:

Fijne kamer aan waterzijde en daardoor heerlijk rustig. Vlotte check-in, heerlijk bed, prima douche, thee/koffiefaciliteiten. Tram en metrohalte vlakbij het hotel.

Cons:

Hotel péssimo! Não se coloca água nos quartos, o mini market Jo lobby não funciona, funcionários do front desk grosseiros, preguiçosos e alguns sujos, com mal cheiro.
Não repõe sabonete nem shampoo!
Hotel não pode ser classificado como 4 estrelas! Não vale 2!
Estrutura muito bom, contudo muito mal gerido e não funcionários despreparados!

Betale kamer in het centrum. Basic maar prima.
Pros:

Prima centrale locatie. Moou uitzicht. Kamer klein maar efficient ingericht.

Cons:

Wij sliepen aan de voorkant daar kun je geen raam s nachts openzetten ivm verkeer. Dus tip vraag om een kamer aan de havenkant. De glazen schuifdeur bij de badkamer. Als je snachts het licht aandoet in de badkamer dan is de hele kamer verlicht dus met zaklamp vd telefoon naar het toilet.

Ligging, kamer en ontbijt

Cons:

Wellness, heel onduidelijk. Geen toelichting van wat en waar.
Kwamen we toe aan de wellness en zagen we nergens waar we ons moesten omkleden. Nergens badjassen te vinden, zwembad was ook afgesloten wat ze ons niet vermeld hebben. Vind het jammer hiervoor 15pp te betalen maar niet aan de faciliteiten te kunnen deelnemen.
Zijn dan ook niet in de wellness kunnen gaan.

Betere aanduiding voor het ontbijt is ook welkom.
