Schöne Lage, aber fehlende Kompetenz und fehlende Kundenorientierung beim Nachtpersonal

Das Nachtpersonal war nicht kompetent und verhielt sich in nicht professionell und angemessen. Es fehlt die Fachkenntnis und die Kundenorientierung. Das Personal am Tage hat einen freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Eindruck hinterlassen

Sorry, maar dit is inmiddels ons tweede verblijf bij Hilton. We hebben Hilton nog een kans gegeven vanwege het DoubleTree Hotel, dat er van buiten prachtig uitziet. Helaas vielen de kamers opnieuw tegen. Ze zijn gedateerd, eenvoudig ingericht en bieden weinig faciliteiten. Wel waren de medewerkers erg vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Het is tijd om het luxe uiterlijk van het gebouw ook aan de binnenkant waar te maken. De prijs per overnachting staat wat ons betreft niet in verhouding tot wat je krijgt voor een vrij basic kamer.

Worst Hilton I have stayed in
Pros:

Location is fine but the rooms have a lot to be desired very small compared to any other Hilton we have been too and decor limited to size. The air conditioner keeps turning off before reaching its desired temperature. The bathroom is so small and does not have a towel rack . We have been out all day since 7.30 and at 2.30 it still hasn’t been cleaned and all I wanted was to come back after a long day walking to a clean room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as the standard is not like any other Hilton I have stayed at around the world it actually gives Hilton a bad name .

Very convenient and easy.

Very helpful staff. Very easy to check in with a pet. Much less trouble than I expected. Very easy.

Zeer geslaagd verjaardagsuitje
Pros:

Na een verjaardagsetentje voor mijn moeder's 82e verjaardag bij FRED, lekker terug gewandeld naar het hotel.
De volgende ochtend had het personeel een verjaardagsontbijttafel voor mijn moeder klaar gezet met slingers en ballonnen. Mijn ouders waren allebei zeer tevreden over het hotel en erg blij met de goede zorg en attentheid van het personeel.

Geweldig!!
Pros:

De receptioniste was geweldig. Toen ik vertelde dat we hier waren voor ziekenhuisopname heeft ze een upgrade geregeld. Zo lief. En dan ook nog een heerijke koek en een gratis drankje in de bar.

Cons:

Heel omslachtig om de WIFI voor elkaar te krijgen.
