Heel teleurstellend maar wel een heel mooi uitzicht!

De kamer en het uitzicht

Cons:

Ik zat vast in het trappenhuis van het verkeerde gebouw en pas werkte dus niet op elke vloer. Was echt een nachtmerrie. Ontbijt was in ander gebouw. In en uitchecken duurde erg lang. De gym viel tegen en ik baalde ook dat ik moest betalen om even een duik te nemen vooral omdat ik dan weer super lang moest wachten aan de receptie om dat te regelen. Al met al baalde ik echt van alles. We hadden heel
Kort tijd en konden niet van de voorzieningen gebruik maken door al deze dingen.

Verblijf was redelijk op een paar onprofessionele fouten na. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet goed.

De locatie was goed.

Cons:

De eerste nacht is er iemand om half 3 mijn kamer ingelopen en daarna weer weggelopen. Er is hierna na telefonisch contact met de receptie geen verdere actie op ondernomen. Ik voelde me onveilig.

Super hôtel à ne pas manquer
Pros:

Le personnel est très attentif aux besoins des clients, très aimable et soucieux de donner satisfaction. La décoration, la propreté et le style de l'hôtel correspondent parfaitement à l'ambiance internationale de Rotterdam.
Juste une suggestion : proposer une salle de yoga et des tapis mis à la disposition des clients dans l'espace spa/piscine.

Cons:

Pas de salle de yoga dans le spa : dommage !
