Die Lage war traumhaft

Cons:

Badecken waren schmutzig. Heizungen haben gekocht. Nacht 27 Grad im Zimmer 205. Ich musste nachts mit Hilfe von KI versuchen die Heizungen zu reparieren. Was auch gelang. Ventile waren alle falsch eingestellt. Kein Fernsehempfang. Mülleimer zu klein

Frühstücksbufett ist sehr schön angerichtet und hat eine große Auswahl.

Ausblick von der Festung ist sagenhaft

Cons:

Langer Fußweg an die Rezeption, da Spiralförmig gebaut.
Für Menschen die Probleme beim Gehen haben steht aber ein Shuttle zur Verfügung

Ich würde sofort wieder buchen, wenn ich in diese Gegend komme!
Pros:

Die Lage war außergewöhnlich und das Frühstück extrem gut und vielfältig.
Unser rundes Turmzimmer war ebenso außergewöhnlich und gefiel uns sehr. Die Heizung war ruckzuck heiß.

Cons:

Die Anreise zur Burgunterkunft war, durch eine einzige falsch ausgeschilderte Umleitungsbeschilderung in der Stadt unten, etwas mühsam. Dafür kann das JUFA Hotel nichts.

Ambiente, Personal sehr nett, Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, Anlage super sauber, Geburtstagskuchen wurde organisiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

Staubige Pflanzen, Wände im Bad ggf mal mit Schmutzradierer Behandeln. Über Baustellen und erschwerte Anfahrt wurden wir leider nicht informiert. Infoaufsteller im Zimmer funktionierte nicht.

Da es wirklich aussergwöhnlich gewesen ist, würde ich dieses Hotel noch einmal buchen. Allerdings ist dieses Hotel nicht
Pros:

Das Aussergewöhnliche - eben altherrliche Festung. Das Hotel befindet sich im der Mitte der Festung.

Cons:

Momentan Bauarbeiten an/in der Festung. Sehr erschwerlicher Weg zum Hotel. Parkplätze sind nicht direkt am Hotel. Die Beschilderung könnte besser sein - auch vom Ort zum Hotel. Eine Zufahrtstrasse war gesperrt, aber keine ordentliche Umleitung war ausgeschildert.
Nichts für Gehbehinderte/ Rollatoren / Rollstühlen. Auch der Weg im Hotel zum Zimmer ist nichts für Gehbehinderte. Weil super unebener Bodenbelag - alte Festung eben.
Die Nasszelle im Zimmer ist zuerst gewöhnungsbedürftig, eben eine wirkliche Nasszelle.

Gut, aber mit wichtigen Einschränkungen.
Cons:

Der Kubus, der in das Zimmer gestellt war und Toilette und Dusche beinhaltete, war mit einer extrem hellen Led- Beleuchtung versehen. Es blendete die Augen enorm, besonders wenn man nachts die Toilette aufsuchte ,und es erleuchtete so auch das ganze Zimmer. Das sollte die Hotelleitung unbedingt ändern.
Die beiden Haus- Parkplätze sind noch recht weit vom Hotel entfernt. Der Zuweg vom unteren Parkplatz ist lang, mühsahm und steil. Vom oberen ist es etwas besser, aber auch noch weit genug. Vorfahren zum Eingang des Hotels ist nicht möglich.
