Habitación y baño muy bien. Excelente trato del personal.
No funcionó el internet en toda la estancia y tenía un evento al que no pude atender. Un poco de ruido se escucha en la habitación, de las otras habitaciones. El acceso es por una calle estrecha y es un poco difícil acceder al estacionamiento, que por cierto estaba lleno pues es pequeño, pero el personal os auxilió muy bien. UN poco caro para lo que ofrece.

Pizza Oven was shut down more than an hour before the restaurante is closed.

Terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel.
Our stay was truly disappointing from the very first night. After showering, while drying off, we discovered that one of the towels had what looked like dried human feces stains. We immediately called the front desk to report it, and their only response was to replace the towel. We requested to speak with the manager, but after waiting around 40 minutes, a young man arrived claiming that “it was very strange” and that “it had never happened before,” insisting that their cleaning standards were supposedly very high.
Their “solution” was to either let us leave the hotel with a refund or to offer a $400-peso bottle of wine for a dinner that cost $2,500 pesos. It was already around 9:30 p.m., so leaving was not a reasonable option.
The next morning, while looking for a hair dryer, I found a pair of women’s underwear (black panties) inside the closet’s shoe rack. When we complained again, instead of apologizing or taking the matter seriously, they practically suggested that we brought them ourselves to “plant” them in the room — an absolutely insulting response.
Customer service was terrible, dismissive, and lacked any accountability. They keep bragging about their so-called “high cleaning standards,” but our experience proved the complete opposite.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There are far better options with real cleanliness, professionalism, and respect for their guests.

Great place, nice and cozy, with very friendly staff , always willing to make the guest comfortable, the hotel has very nice spots to rest and just enjoy a pleasant time. it is close to Zocalo, room was clean, the bed was comfortable!
