It was a good place (especially if you just want a place to rest for a night or two) and the staff were very helpful and friendly. But the WiFi was really really crappy. It's 2G and it's very intermittent. Couldn't communicate with people back home and do some work without getting frustrated with the Wifi. The router was probably there for display purposes.

The place was a dump! Looks like it’s run by slumlords. Everything was cheap and broken. All the furniture, doors and windows were scratched up and missing pieces. You can feel the frame through the thin mattress on the pullout bed. The main bed had no box spring and was uncomfortable. The ac was leaking and smelled. The control was in Chinese. The kitchen drain was leaking into a bucket. There were a couple of cockroaches running around. You can hear the people playing in the pool and playground. The staff didn’t speak English and wasn’t helpfully at all. I reached out to the owner via the number provided and got no answer. Then I emailed them and again no answer. This place is a major dump and I highly recommend going somewhere else!

We told the property that we would arrive at 3-30 am in the morning. Thay told us at 3pm to leave the property plus all night long couldn’t sleep because of miter bicycle noise

The bed was very uncomfortable for me. It has a very thin 2” or possibly 3” mattress on wooden planks. It is an older property that needs some maintenance. The aircon leaked a big puddle, I slipped and fell but luckily did not get hurt. I messaged the property and they were quick to get housekeeping with some pads and a bucket to catch the water so I could use the aircon. Check-in was awkward. I had to go to one property and check in, then wait for a person to come get me and take me to a different location for the room. But the property is convenient to the airport.

Close to airport but…
Pros:

The check in was confusing as there are 2 entrances. Once with the person giving the keys I was taken to my room, which at first glance looked clean. However, I found several roaches in the bathroom and sadly that made the usage of it very uncomfortable
