The staff were super nice and helpful, answering all of our questions and helping us book the activities. The environment is spectacular and we were impressed by the hotel breakfast. Don't forget to check out their Kassandra Restaurant for dinner! Food was great, and it was so vibey that we went for 2-night straight. Overall 10/10, and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay for a fun 2-3 day travel in the future.

Breakfast buffet was very average
They charged me 25 euros per night because I had my 2 year old child which didn’t make sense especially he is that young

Muito caro. Relação qualidade preço desproporcional. Pequeno almoço na saída às 6:30 miserável. Os funcionários com muita dificuldade em falar inglês.
The location was perfecf. Close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The hotel was very nice, as in the picture. Their restaurant is very good, actually at their restaurant we had the best dinner. We were as familly , 2 children, 2 adults and we had a big room, with plenty of space. I appreciate their attention to details.
Parking is in the street, which might be difficult to find somewhere close.

لاحظت مطعم الفندق مستواه متوسط
لكن يجب تعديل طريقه البيتزا بصراحه سيئه جدا
Kassandra hotel was absolutely amazing. It is really close to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes and bars nearby to go to. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds are super comfortable. The pool area was really nice, although was a bit busy and we often struggled to get a sunbed. Breakfast was nice with enough options, though it is a small area so it felt really crowded inside trying to get food etc.
No fault of Kassandra, but it is located behind the main nightclub street which meant from about 11pm - 3am every night it was very loud. The hotel provided earplugs, but I can't sleep with earplugs in, so I just tried to sleep through the noise. It didn't bother me too much but if you're a light sleeper I think this would be a serious problem for you!

The property is close to the beach small and practical.
The level of noise coming from the surrounding streets is unacceptable, with loud music from nearby bars continuing late into the night every day. The rooms have no shutters or proper blackout curtains, so even after a disrupted night's sleep, guests are woken up early by sunlight streaming into the room.Service has also fallen short of expectations. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for assistance with arranging a taxi through reception, I was ultimately told to walk to the taxi stand and find one myself. Overall, considering the price point, the experience simply does not match the expectations of a boutique hotel. While the property is clean and well-maintained, it feels more like a basic three-star hotel geared toward couples rather than a family-friendly hotel.
