Pros:

The staff here are really nice and helpful.
The location is great,subway station is nearby
The room is clean

Cons:

The room has poor sound insulation,I could hear people in the room next to me laughing and talking until 12pm

Cons:

チェックアウトをゆっくりしたくて、「起こさないで」の札をつけていたのに10時頃2回ほどドアを開けられた。
2重でロックしてたから入っては来られなかったけど、目が覚めて不快でした。

Pros:

clean rooms , not spacious but kind staff and the receptionists were all fluent in english

Cons:

We had an emergency where we needed a pc but there werent any available for guests and the staff kindly rejected us using the frontdesk ones , but its very understandable and hardly a complaint

基本的には素晴らしいし、何かあった時も丁寧な対応してくれる

部屋が綺麗で清潔で広かった。
スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしかった。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の扉が閉まりにくくて、たまに何度か閉めなおさなあと閉まらない

想像より部屋が広くてびっくりしました
