Un personnel aux petits soins
Pros:

Le personnel a été aux petits soins de A à Z. Ils ont pris soin de mes bagages gratuitement pendant plusieurs jours entre deux réservations, ils m’ont aidé pour tout, et m’ont même accueilli avec un petit mot personnalisé absolument adorable lors de ma deuxième réservation.
La prochaine fois que je reviens à Osaka, je sais où je dors !
