Easy, Comfortable, and Clean.
Pros:

Clean, Comfortable, with easy check in and check out. The staff was friendly and helpful, but everything went so smoothly that we didn't need to interact with them much at all.

Cons:

I think like every hotel that I have ever stayed at the curtains only do so much. We also stayed in a room right along the highway, which didn't bother me at all, but my husband left the AC fan on to counteract any potential noise disturbance. I think another room, would not have an issue.

Cons:

I was charged by booking.com and by Best Western so I was charged twice. I can't get ahold of the hotel because their customer service doesn't seem to be anything more than recordings. I can't reach a real person.
