Hotel is not that old but stay was disappointing
Pros:

Staff moved us when the room we first got faced the very busy very noisy Hwy 65. Seemed like no insulation at all for noise reduction.

Cons:

Hwy 65 noise; then when we changed rooms there were actual popcorn kernels under the fitted sheet on the bed. While I was relieved it wasn't bugs it was obvious the bedding had not been changed and the floor wasn't vacuumed.

Easy, Comfortable, and Clean.
Pros:

Clean, Comfortable, with easy check in and check out. The staff was friendly and helpful, but everything went so smoothly that we didn't need to interact with them much at all.

Cons:

I think like every hotel that I have ever stayed at the curtains only do so much. We also stayed in a room right along the highway, which didn't bother me at all, but my husband left the AC fan on to counteract any potential noise disturbance. I think another room, would not have an issue.
