Pros:

Our room was nice, it was perfect for me and my daughter.

Cons:

On our first day, we came in early like 7a.m . We had to wait to check in till 2pm. We did not get the free breakfast . We ended up paying it for our first day.

Good for a short business trip maybe, not for holiday
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet area, around 10mins walking from the beach, but it's perfect for those who want to get the best of both worlds in Danang. 10mins walking is not much TBH, and there's even a bike rental store just beside the hotel.
The rooms were business hotel basic type, had everything but lacked the charm of a boutique hotel. Like instead of a double bed, they joined two beds which separated upon even a little pressure from any odd angle. The buffet breakfast was good.
It's a good hotel if you're stopping by for a couple days, not if you're intending to stay in Da Nang for a while and chill.

Cons:

Only one staff member knew how to speak basic English. They did housekeeping while we were having breakfast, which was odd. That too a shoddy job.

The infinity pool is nice, on the 12th floor, but the approach staircase could be maintained better.

Pros:

Phòng ốc khá sạch sẽ, view bể bơi đẹp. Nhân viên lễ tân, bếp phục vụ rất nhiệt tình. Chuyến đi của gđ mình có chút việc đột xuất, không thể ở hết ngày như đã đặt. Tuy nhiên, khi chia sẻ với khách sạn, các bạn đã hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình để gđ có thể làm thủ tục hoàn phí. Gđ rất cảm ơn KS, cảm ơn bạn Xuân Phượng, Lê Hưng đã hỗ trợ. Chắc chắn mình sẽ ghé lại Everland lần sau!

Un quiero y no puedo cerca de la playa en Da Nang
Cons:

El hotel es un quiero y no puedo. Al entrar en la habitación olía mucho a humedad. Al hacer el check-in el empleado nos "ofreció" quedarse con nuestros pasaportes hasta que nos fuéramos. Además nos pidieron una fianza de 20 euros que nos devolverían al hacer el check-out tras revisar la habitación. El acabado del edificio es mediocre como en general en todo el país. El restaurante y piscina tienen buenas vistas, pero sería lo único a recalcar.
