Great location and vibe.
Pros:

Location and bar tender Imran and front desk Paula, taxi was booked and massage was booked in room for couple.

Cons:

Too much wait time to get the suite when we were only staying for less than 24 hrs. One masseuse was not good as we booked for couple massage. A little more info on food festival and local cuisine would have been very helpful.

bad very bad visit
Pros:

it is very bad hotel
has a very bad bed and not clean at all
and ver old furniture
the bed like mountain
we cannot sleep
The shower drain is clogged.
and when we told the receptionist they told us that this is not our problem
please no one came here because i am very sad about these value for money hotel

where is 5 star:)
Cons:

The hotel's location is nice, we couldn't understand where it got its 5 stars. The rooms are old, there was an odor problem in my room and it wasn't resolved even after a 6-night stay, the receptionists struggle to make eye contact due to the crowds, the entrance area is quite noisy and chaotic, the breakfast room is complete chaos because it's so small. Also, you have to specifically tell the reception if you want room cleaning. When we turned at evening to our room ıt was not cleaned and when ı asked the problem to reception they told me that i must tell before we are going out.this is 5 star extra also i think:) The bellboys were wonderful and very helpful. If you're just going in and out, and can ignore the cleaning and the chaos at the entrance, then stay. I don't recommend it to those looking for 5 stars.

Une belle échappée à Barcelone
Pros:

La vue à 360° depuis le Rooftop est superbe. L'hôtel est très proche de plusieurs lieux de visite, nous sommes allés à pied dans la vieille ville, à la Sagrada Familia, au bord de la mer, visiter les réalisations de Gaudi...
Une chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée, avec de multiples attentions (bouteilles d'eau, chocolats, gâteaux...) très appréciées.
Un petit-déjeuner fabuleux : En qualité et quantité.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas été déçue par l'hôtel.

Exceptional Hotel
Pros:

The hotel offers Terrace Rooms which made my stay EXCEPTIONAL! Love this!! Close to many eateries/coffee and easy walk into the Gothic Quarter. The hotel facilities and room were extremely comfortable and the roof top terrace provides a great view and comfortable place to relax.
