Aussergewöhnlich nettes Personal mit toller Dachterrasse und sehr zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Aussergewöhnlich nettes Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück mit wahnsinns Dachterrasse. Zentrale Lage und trotzdem nicht zu laut mit öffentlicher Anbindung in alle Richtungen in kürzester Gehweite. Alles war sehr sauber und die Rezeption arbeitete sehr schnell (z.B. Taxi stand zwei Minuten nach Bestellung vor der Türe)

Cons:

Die Suiten sind nicht allzu gross aber sauber und sehr schön.

Pros:

Aside from the clean room and perfectly made beds, the location of this hotel in Barcelona was excellent as it was within walking distance to all the major attractions as well as great restaurants. I highly recommend Vintus restaurant, the tapas were amazing. Shopping was only a block away which was so convenient on the days we didn’t venture out too far. @nhcollection staff were amazing, specifically Blanca who had a cake and champagne waiting for us after dinner on my partner’s birthday, such a special touch. The rooftop deck is also a highlight for wonderful views of the city. Highly recommend.

Not quite as good as expected
Pros:

Slightly disappointing experience that didn't quite match my expectations based on the reviews. While the location was excellent, and the breakfast and cleanliness were great, some parts of the experiences were lacking. Much of the building felt like it was aging and falling apart, with tight corridors, cramped rooms, and almost worrying elevator sounds. The basic room features like light switches and faucets also had minor issues, with some members of our group being unable to even turn off certain lights.

Service level was also a bit lacking for the supposed star level, with slow booking process, and absent feeling staff when requesting assistance or service.

Still not a dire experience, but sometimes it felt like a 3-star hotel masquerading as a 5-star hotel, with the associated costs.
