Pros:

Emplacement idéal - équipement / qualité de la literie - calme / petit déjeuner

Cons:

Aucun service client pour un 5 étoiles - demande envoyer par mail sans aucune réponse - réponse à la réception le jour de l’arrivée ou vous avez plutôt l’impression de déranger que d’être un client !

Pros:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that our tourists stayed at your hotel from March 29 until today, April 2, in a Premium Room with terrace.

Unfortunately, their experience did not meet expectations. The room provided was neither in proper premium condition nor comparable to the standard implied by its price. Several items in the room were damaged or not functioning properly, and, regrettably, these issues were not addressed or replaced during the stay.

Additionally, there was a problem with ants in the room, and the attitude of the staff was perceived as unusual and not in line with expected hospitality standards.

When the guests requested a room change to the same category (Premium), but in proper condition (functional furniture, intact curtains, etc.), they were informed that alternative rooms were in even worse condition.

Given the above, we kindly ask you to clarify the reason for maintaining such a high pricing level while the room conditions and maintenance do not meet the expected standards.

We would appreciate your prompt response and clarification regarding this matter.

Experience.. Of the whole hotel, I only liked the terrace...

Hello everyone! I would like to share my impression of the hotel I stayed at from March 29 to April 2. For the first time we came to Barcelona to visit this beautiful city. Where our expectations in this hotel were very high unfortunately it is not like that the hotel does not correspond to the five stars it is an old hotel. The administration offered us the possibility to change three numbers and unfortunately apart from the view with the terrace nothing was nice..
I don't want to say anything more.. I'm attaching the pictures, you see...If I come to this city again for sure... But I will never stop at this hotel

Un cinco estrellas que se siente como un cuatro estrellas.
Pros:

Lo mejor por lo lejos es la ubicación. Está cerca de todos los metros y trenes regionales. Y hay muy buenos restaurantes cerca. Buen tamaño de la habitación.

Cons:

La habitación, que fue muy recomendada por la recepcionista, y por la que tuvimos que esperar, resultó ser muy sombría. No le llegaba el sol. Entonces, el balcón por el que pagamos, era inusable. Quizás en verano sea más útil. La cafetera falló. La limpieza era cuestionable. No se siente un hotel de lujo.
