Short trip in Barcelona
Pros:

The location was great. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view. Of the Sagrada Familia.
The room was also well cleaned everyday.

Cons:

The price was high for what it is. The elevators are terrible, they wobble and shake and they do not have any cooling system.

Conforto da cama e localização

Cons:

O hotel conotado como 5 Estrelas, de facto aparenta ser 4 Estrelas, o meu aurto superior deveria ser mais espaçosom os cortinados não fechavam na totalidade e apresentam sinais de uso, o que não é suposto num hotel de 5 estrelas. A Receção do Hotel não tem um lounge agradavel, para caso queiramos trabalhar e pousar o computador e outros. O pequeno - almoço merece mais cuidado e detalhe.

Bello, ma...
Pros:

Posizione centrale, in un bel quartiere, a pochi minuti a piedi da casa Battlò. Hotel facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto sia in taxi che con i mezzi pubblici. L'hotel è ben arredato, gli ambienti puliti, i letti comodi. Molto bello il roof top da cui si gode di un 'ottima vista sulla città. Il personale dell'accoglienza professionale e gentile.

Cons:

La camera era pulita, ma la prima sera abbiamo trovato un enorme scarafaggio (6 cm circa) su una tenda della stanza. Il personale è intervenuto immediatamente catturando l'animale, dicendoci che probabilmente era entrato quando gli addetti preposti hanno sbloccato le finestre durante le pulizie (solitamente sono bloccate). Può capitare, ma: 1) se si sa che capita, eviterei di aprire le finestre 2) è stato catturato velcemente, ma mi sarei aspettata che mi offrissero un'altra stanza 3) dato che non è stato offerto il cambio stanza, mi sarei almeno aspettata uno gesto di cortesia (un voucher per il bar del roof top oppure un caffè pagato). Non era necessario qualcosa di gran valore, sarebbe bastata una piccola gentilezza come segno di attenzione verso il cliente.

The perfect place to stay for exploring the wonderful city of Barcelona as well as having some time to relax at the prop
Pros:

The location of the property is excellent, the staff could not have been more helpful and the facilities were superb! We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar and Poole which gave us the opportunity to relax in the morning and then be with an easy reach of seeing all the sites in the afternoon

Cons:

To be super critical, it would’ve been nice to have more cooked selections at breakfast
