Pros:

The DD Hotel is great for groups and families. The rooms accommodate 6 - 8 people. We really liked the panda theme of the hotel. It is close to restaurants and shops - about 8 min walk.

周りはラブホだらけ
Pros:

ラブホ街？の中にあります。宿泊した部屋だけなら良いのですが、洗面所の蛇口がグラグラしており非常に使いにくかったです。修繕が必要です。
客室自体は、作りは安っぽいもののシンプルで清潔な部屋で良かったです。

Pros:

立地は良い。天神まで徒歩で行ける。
5人で泊まったが、部屋に座るところがなく地べたかベッドに座ることになります。
ただ、ソファベッドだったようなので、2人で宿泊とかならソファがあるかも？

Pros:

주변이 조용하고 방이 크다는 장점이 있어요. 청소서비스는 별로였여요. 거의 안해주는 수준..
매트릭스는 불편합니다. 화장실은 냄새가 좀 올라와요.
그래도 4인가족이 머물기에는 일반 호텔들처럼 답답하지 않아서 좋은 선택이 되실겁니다.

I'm really good for location. The convenience store is not far from there. Everthing is excellent, but the noise which makes from another room such as the sounds of footstep, is not good for sleeping.

Pros:

料金を考慮すれば十分です。5人で利用しましたが狭くて困る事もなく快適でした。バスタブは一応ある、という程度で小さいです。清掃はしっかりされているようで綺麗で清潔でした。中洲川端駅から徒歩数分てすがラブホ街にあるので知らずに行くと面食らいます。
まぁ気にしなければ問題ありません。
徒歩1分のところにフレンドリーなオーナーの美味しい素敵な洋食屋さんもあります。

友人6人で宿泊しました。
とても綺麗で、ベットも質が良く、静かな立地なのでよく眠れました。
都心部からも近く、歩いて天神や中洲に行ける立地で便利でした。おすすめの宿です。

無人の施設で、チェックインやアウトはスムーズに出来て良かったのですが、
24時以降は入口エントランスが施錠され暗証キーを入力しないといけないのですが、チェックイン時に教えてもらった暗証キーが間違っていたようで、夜間の外出後施設に入れませんでした。
電話で問い合わせし、別の末尾を試した所無事入館できましたが、深夜に慌てました。

これがなければ間違いなく星5の満足いく施設でした。

大人数で泊まるのにとても良いホテルです
Pros:

最大8人で泊まれ、部屋はそこまで広くはないけどテレビ、レンジ、Wi-Fi、冷蔵庫、洗濯機と最低限のものは揃っていました。
また、トイレとお風呂が別々でとても良かったです。
最寄りの中洲川端駅から歩いて15分かかるかかからないくらいで、ちょっと分かりにくい場所にありましたが調べれば問題ないと思います。
卒業旅行に利用させていただきましたが大満足でした！！

Pros:

女3人で宿泊させていただきました。綺麗で広くてとても良かったです。ひとつ言うなら暖房ガンガンにつけても床(カーペットひいてたけど)が冷たくて寒かったです。でもとても気に入ったのでまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

チェックアウトのとき、お布団を汚してしまったことを伝えると、気持ちよく対応してくださり、安心して帰ることができました。

깨끗하고넓고좋았어요~아이들데리고가서호빵맨박물관도가까워서편리했습니다.주변에편의점이없어서조금아쉬웠고.아이들데리고가신다면이층침대라서아이들이계속머리를부딪혀서조심시키면좋을거같아요~다시또간다면또이용하고싶네요
