Lo único bueno la ubicación

Cons:

El trato del personal bastante seco, menos quien nos atendió en recepción que fue muy amable.
El baño alía muy mal ,seguramente eran las tuberías, y a las 00:15 se pusieron con una sopladora a limpiar la terraza del bar cuando evidentemente todo el mundo estábamos ya durmiendo y despertándonos , bastante surrealista.

Calidez y naturaleza
Pros:

La relación calidad-precio es buena, el paisaje es muy bonito y el personal muy amable, son muy resolutivos. Los desayunos son muy completos y los menú de cenas variados y muy buenos. Se ubica en el barrio Arantzazu, muy buena zona para desconectar de la ciudad.

Habiendo hecho una reserva en marzo nos cobraron como en temporada alta, es un timo la posibilidad que cobre el hotel y no cuando se hace la reserva

La tranquilidad que se respira y unas vistas bonitas del entorno, Junto a Aranzazu,
El trato de personal de 10. La propietària del establecimiento es un a mujer encantadora y también su hijo. Para volver a repetir.

Cudowne położenie hotelu. Widok, spokój, blisko szlaków. Hotel ma tawernę, w godzinach zamkniecia kuchni, można zamówic kanapkę. Napoje dostepne caly dzien. Do centrum miasta ok 10km. Miasteczko Oñati również bardzo przyjemne, ale trzeba mieć własny transport.

Cons:

Wszystko nam się podobało. Brakowało nam jedynie lodówki w pokoju.
