How Motels should be
Pros:

This was a quaint little Motel off Interstate 10. Veteran owned and operated. His wife was so nice, she offered us homemade Beef stew for dinner. We had a great, restful stay at a great price. Will stay again.

A pleasant stay in an out of the way place.
Pros:

Close to Chiricahua is why we booked this motel, but we were impressed with the owners friendliness and area highlights. The motel is older but has been tastefully revitalized! The bed was great!

So dirty - I cannot recommend
Pros:

Based on the reviews we were really looking forward to our stay. The lady who checked us in was very nice, but I guess she decided to give me the worst room in the hotel - Rose's Suite. It was awful. The dirty rough carpet was covered under the bed area by a dirty, wrinkled blanket. I didn't even dare look under to see what it was covering. There was no way I would walk across the room even once in my bare feet in this room. A lot of other things were dirty as well. I'm not a picky traveler, but this room was seriously gross. Please see photos I attached.
Our friend's room was nice on the surface (hard floor, not dirty), but they said they could literally feel the springs through the mattress when they were sleeping. It was so bad they said they might take our dirty floor over their worn out bed. At least our bed was ok.
Never, never again. My boyfriend and friends didn't believe Rose's had the reviews I told them it had until they looked it up. We were all shaking our heads. I hate to give a bad review ever let alone to a small business, but I have never stayed in a room so awful in a motel with a 4.4 on Tripadvisor.
Also we paid $140 for this room. It would have been bad at half the price.

Nasty- overpriced old run down motel that for some insane reason has good reviews!
When a roach fell out of the ceiling vent onto the toilet we high tailed it out of there as fast as we could and lost the 118 we paid for the second night.

Room 111. NASTY! The owners MUST get the bad reviews suppressed,
Pros:

CHECK out the photos please.
This place was NASTY. We left after one horrible night.
Paid for 2.
Owner Scott ignored our refund request through booking.com.
Also on Booking it is 92 for a night but our second night we booked through them and it was 118.
We saw all good reviews for this but it doesnt make sense.
Room 111 is NASTY.

This was our 3rd stay and will stay there again if we are in the area.
Pros:

The owner, Shelly, has a great dry sense of humor. Wilcox is easy to get around in for gas, groceries, and fast food. I couldn't tell you if the beds were comfortable or not. I just know we slept well.

A quiet, clean 2.5 star room. Just right for arriving after supper and leaving before dawn.
Pros:

The room was quiet and clean. The Dish television service offered many good choices. Shelly was terrific at check-in and provided a good restaurant referral.

Cons:

The mattress wasn't comfortable.

We've stayed at a couple of the hotels near the interstate. They were noisy and more expensive.
Pros:

Location was quite good, away from the noisy interstate, and easy to find

Cons:

The hot shower was very hot, it was best to adjust by running the cold first, then adding the hot to a comfortable level.

The staff

Cons:

Beds were hard as a rock. Water took forever to get hot. Room was dreary and depressing. We didn't even spend the night. Threw our stuff back in the car and just went home.

Good value and friendly service
Pros:

Warm and personable welcome, very clean room, comfortable bed and linens. No coffee maker - but a good coffee shop is a short walk away. Rose's Motel is a solid choice for no-frills lodging in Willcox.

Great night’s stay at Rose’s
Pros:

This was our first is it to Rose’s Motel. We were very pleased with the ease of booking, the friendliness and helpfulness of the person at the front office. The room was clean and had all the things we needed. We will definitely book at Rose’s again for our next trip to Willcox!
