Pros:

The rooms and facilities in general were clean and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

There's not much of a view and no full restaurant in the building. The breakfast and bar snacks are decent, however.

Excellent choice for a stay in Torrington. I have not found a better place to stay
Pros:

Location to town is perfect, the cleanliness was up to my standards and the staff was exceptional

They have wonderful staff and cleaning shared spaces and rooms.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I requested an early check in and the staff were able to get us in two hours early! Great staff and facilities.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike during this stay.

Pros:

We went to stay at Torrington for a wedding. We did not realize that checkin time was 3 and the wedding was at 3;30. At 2 I went in and asked if there was any way we could check in earlier - the front desk help was extremely helpful. I am ever so thankful for her!! She was kind and had a listening ear! When we come back to Torrington we will be staying here for sure!

Clean and comfortable room rooms. Great hospitality.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but not great. We were there an hour before breakfast was over and they were out of many things. Facility was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Need maintenance on their luggage carts
