System was down, Employees clueless about what to do, could not get checked in.

I arrived to the location to find three people waiting and upset. I asked what was going on and the employee at the front desk ignored me and the customer at the front desk explained to me that their system was down and they are unable to check any third party bookings in as they cannot see them. As the line grew to about ten people long, I asked how long it was going to be and the employee didnt say anything except that he was going to get someone to try and fix it. I did not get to stay in the room and I was charged for the room. I should not be liable for their systems being down, i needed a room and stable wifi and this location did not deliver the basic essentials. I still have not been refunded for this order.

Affordable and clean for a quick overnight stay. Just felt uneasy for myself (female) and son staying alone.

Cons:

Felt like it was older property and not updated. Fridge did not work. Did not feel safe (room on backside of property). Cars and people frequently walking or driving around property all night.

Listen I never stayed in your Hotel and my Money is not refunded how can we resolve this matter you have my contact. Please check your system Im on your camera the lady clerk that night I booked the hotel never gave me a key. Why am I not refunded?

Cozy, great, but... someones home
Pros:

I liked being around a wide variety of food! We had Mediterranean food down the street and it surpassed our expectations.
I also liked being close to dc but not having to stay in dc itself.

Cons:

A lot of people who live there long term can be rude and watch you. I understand if someone was coming to my home I would be nosey too, but being rude is unnecessary.

I suggest separating longterm people from vacationers as this sets a narrative on the motel.

It was okay. Loud at night.
Pros:

The room was clean and they are large rooms. Rooms have vinyl flooring- that’s smart.

Cons:

Outside kind of trashy. Not sure if bedding had been changed from last guest- but I travel with my own.

Sink didn’t work, very sparse - bathrooms need updating.

People are definitely living there long term - I think I could group them together and have others stay in different area. It was noisy -
