Better than a lot.
Pros:

Staff was helpful and nice and room was clean. Good value. Early check in. After my house caught fire they comped me a room free the first night. They are always wonderful and accommodating.

Nothing except the pool n hot tub.

Cons:

The fact that the reception gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. And when I opened the door a man was standing there with his pants off! Then our room door wouldn’t open it was stuck so we had to lunge n ram the door with our body to open the door. Then we tried to call the front desk n got a gas station down the street! We hit zero n got a busy signal! Crusty Dusty Inn!!! DONT EVER STAY THEIR!!! Ghetto!!!

More likely find a better stay next time in the area
Pros:

The hot tub was open with the swimming pool being closed because of maintenance

Cons:

- Not aware of $94 dollar deposit CARD only when arriving
- Not aware of Swimming pool Not in operating condition
- woke up to loud banging at 8:50am in the morning for 35 minutes because of remodeling next door over.

In town for work - clean and quiet stay
Pros:

that the rooms were quiet and clean. I was happy to see a mini fridge and microwave in the room. They had a nice indoor pool, gym and hot tub. This pool/ hot tub and gym area closes at 10pm.

Cons:

There was no shuttle service available to or from the hotel to nearby restaurants or town, and the distance—combined with the steep downhill and uphill terrain—made walking impractical, especially given the cold and rainy weather.

Since our group was sharing one vehicle, it would have been very helpful to have transportation options into town for dinner. We didn’t arrive at the hotel until close to 7:00 PM, and not everyone wanted to leave again to pick up food. Unfortunately, there is also no food delivery available from the casino restaurants to this hotel.

The only food option on-site was a vending machine in the lobby, which was not a suitable solution for dinner. Given that this hotel is affiliated with the Golden Nugget, we expected there would be a shuttle available for guest convenience. However, we were informed by the front desk that the shuttle service had already stopped for the evening at 7:00 PM. There is no such thing are uber eats or door dash in cripple creek. So if you stay at this hotel and get hungry, you need to drive to one of the hotels for food.

Cons:

Stood at the front desk for 35 minutes while the lady at the front desk try to double charge me for the room once from Booking.com and them. Ridiculous. There was blood on the wall right where we had to lay are heads. Lady during the day was very nice

Cons:

Pool was super cold hot tub was dirty when I booked on booking.com got there said they couldn't find it after I paid for room on booking but took like a hour and a half to get it right after many calls to booking to get it worked out
