No good don’t stay there
Pros:

This is the second time that the TV did not work .told and left a message at the front desk. Never heard from Darlene one of the managers .we stay there when we visit cripple creek not any more . If my husband
Never called or corrected a problem he would not have a job!!!!!!! Very BAD. Would never give this place a good rating again!!

Cons:

Could not get help to fix the tv to watch football.
Sat in the rooom for 3 hours doing nothing but look at the walls !!!

It was good. Only thing I didn’t like was the dirty carpets and the 2 pet limit.
Pros:

The floor, carpet , was gross. It smelled bad. I’ve noticed this in all the motels. Why not clean the carpets? It was a pet friendly room but still expensive .

Cons:

The beautiful setting.

It was fine- I've stayed here before and will probably stay here again.

Bed was comfortable- room was clean

Cons:

Checked in July 25th with Booking.com- computer problems- delayed entry into the room for 2 hours- staff (Gracie) did as much as she could to accommodate guests. My debit card was used for incidentals- however it had a pending charge for the room as well - and didn't fall off until July 31st.

Wouldn’t recommend do to poor management and the cleanliness of rooms and service

Better than a lot.
Pros:

Staff was helpful and nice and room was clean. Good value. Early check in. After my house caught fire they comped me a room free the first night. They are always wonderful and accommodating.

Cons:

Nothing.

Nothing except the pool n hot tub.

Cons:

The fact that the reception gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. And when I opened the door a man was standing there with his pants off! Then our room door wouldn’t open it was stuck so we had to lunge n ram the door with our body to open the door. Then we tried to call the front desk n got a gas station down the street! We hit zero n got a busy signal! Crusty Dusty Inn!!! DONT EVER STAY THEIR!!! Ghetto!!!

More likely find a better stay next time in the area
Pros:

The hot tub was open with the swimming pool being closed because of maintenance

Cons:

- Not aware of $94 dollar deposit CARD only when arriving
- Not aware of Swimming pool Not in operating condition
- woke up to loud banging at 8:50am in the morning for 35 minutes because of remodeling next door over.
- Late check out over priced
- No breakfast
