Pros:

We booked two apartments at WS Opera Vendome well in advance, but when we arrived on the scheduled day, they canceled our stay at the last minute. Their “solution” was to move us to two separate locations 30 minutes apart, which was impossible for our family of eight with three minor children, especially after traveling all day and arriving at 5:30 pm in cold, rainy weather.
The customer service representative was shockingly rude and offered no practical assistance. We were forced to scramble to find alternative accommodation that could house our entire group that same evening.
Adding insult to injury, WS Opera Vendome is now refusing to refund us even though we never stayed there and the cancellation was entirely on their end.
This was, without question, the worst travel experience I have ever had. I strongly urge others to avoid this property and book elsewhere to save yourself stress, expense, and frustration

Pros:

Arrived to this property after traveling all day from the US. We called when we got there for instructions on how to enter & they told us our apartment was no longer available. We had to book another hotel in the area which was expensive. The management team was extremely rude. And we have not received a refund. This place is a SCAM.

The Apartment served it purpose
Pros:

Visited with 2 adults 2 kids (11, 13) The size of the apartment was OK for that size of family.
Plus side: Good comunication with the company (Apartments WS).Good location. Clean apartment. The downstairs room is actually bigger then I expected. Beds were fine. We were asked if we wanted cleaning done after a couple of days. Basic equipment in the kitchen.
Minus side: There were some sewer smell in the bathroom but it stayed in there.
No AC, but mobile fans were workng hard. It get's really hot when it's warm outside.
A toaster would have been excellent upgrade of the kitchen.

Ns Ns sommes retrouvés à la rue sans moyen d avoir un interlocuteur. J ai eu une personne par message 7 heure après l heure où Ns devions rentrer.
Ds la rue un soir du 31 décembre à Paris en ns signalant qu il s agissait d un problème informatique. Pas de solution aucune possibilité aucun compromis avec WS.
J étais avec ma maman de 82 ans ayant des difficultés pour marcher, ma fille de 15 ans et moi même.
La soirée a été gâchée, épouvantable, catastrophique. Je souhaite un remboursement du préjudice.
Dans l attente d avoir un interlocuteur.

Overall, the property is nice and renovated. Clearly, it’s an old building that has been bought and fixed up well.

It requires 4 separate keypads to enter your room. This can get old after a day or two of going in and out, but security is not lacking.

My biggest issues:
1- There was a horrendous stench coming from the bathroom the length of our stay. We were hit in the face when we first entered the apartment. So long as the bathroom door stayed closed, it was fine.
2- Our final morning, the water to the building was cutoff without warning. This made taking showers and using the toilet impossible(obviously). When I attempted to reach out to the WhatsApp number on the door, it was not actually on WhatsApp.

Overall, the location is good and it’s a place to sleep. For the price, I don’t know that I would stay again.

Pros:

ENTIRE BUILDING SMELLED OF MOLD. CARPET IN HALL ROTTING. TV remote not working. Only one bath towel provided.
Will never stay here again and will tell friends about my experience.

Location is great - easily walkable for first-timers in Paris, close to lots of restaurants and tourist destinations. The apartment itself is a bit loud (you can hear everything in other units), but for a quick long-weekend trip it's a nice place.

This property is in a university area. The hotel provides no parking and parking is not available on the street 8:30 am - 6:30 pm - a local permit is necessary. The hotel does not provide one and a visitor can not purchase one. Very inconvenient for visitors. Ticketing is quite expensive and swift. As well, lots of foot traffic, garbage on the streets and people are wandering all hours of the night, talking very loudly. Hotel is without air conditioning, windows had to be opened to sleep at night to cool the room. Cigarette smoke and taking was experienced all night. Restaurants/pubs in the area do not allow anyone under 18 to be inside, even for a meal with adults. Cute coffee shops & book stores in the walking area. Staff we pleasant. The room was clean and refreshed each day. There is no fridge in the room, no hand or face cloths provided.

La veille de notre arrivée, WS nous a informé d'une fuite d'eau et nous a proposé de nous reloger 71 rue Saint-Honoré (1er). Belles photos de l'appartement. Nous avons accepté. Geste commercial de WS (petit-déjeuner offert). Mais la chambre, située au rez-de-chaussée avec vue unique (une seule fenêtre sur une petite cour sombre), était très bruyante car adossée au local poubelles, passage des habitants et le voisin du dessus qui pousse des cris la nuit et déplace des meubles !
Dommage, bien placé mais le prix est élevé pour le bien et les nuisances...Pas de connexion internet (problème de ligne ou de box) donc pas de TV non plus.
