Giusto per necessità e flessibilità delle date per la disdetta...

Personale disponibilissimo, nulla da dire.

Cons:

La struttura è fatiscente esternamente ed internamente vecchia.
Assenza di bidet nel bagno angusto, come in altre stanze che ho visto al momento del check out.
Pagamento anticipato alla reception (al quale mi sono opprosto) poichè con documenti e carta di credito della prenotazione, pagrae anche anticipatamente mi sembrava un po' troppo.
Condizionatore rotto, presente il contenitore del motore esterno, ma ventola interna senza pale.

Decadente, rumoroso e trascurato

L’unica cosa “Excelsior” di questo hotel è probabilmente il nome, perché per il resto di eccelso non c’è assolutamente nulla. Già dall’esterno la struttura appare trascurata e decadente, dando subito l’impressione di un posto lasciato andare da anni.
All’interno la situazione peggiora: tutto è sciatto, senza la minima manutenzione e manca proprio la base che una struttura alberghiera dovrebbe garantire per far stare decentemente dei clienti paganti.
Il bagno era al limite dell’imbarazzante: la tavoletta del WC completamente rovinata, al punto da fare quasi schifo anche solo appoggiarsi. Bidet assente, altra “finezza” difficile da ignorare.
Materasso e cuscini semplicemente improponibili: non ho praticamente chiuso occhio tutta la notte. Come se non bastasse, la stanza non era minimamente insonorizzata, quindi oltre al disagio del letto ci si godeva anche ogni singolo rumore proveniente dall’esterno e dalle altre camere.
L’unica nota positiva è stato lo staff, che almeno si è mostrato disponibile e ha provveduto a sostituire la tavoletta del bagno. Ma la cortesia del personale, da sola, non basta certo a salvare una struttura in queste condizioni.
Assolutamente non lo consiglierei per un soggiorno.
