La posizione e la spiaggia

Cons:

La camera tripla priva di alcuni servizi essenziali quali il bagno angusto per una camera tripla e priva del bidet-i letti con materassi vecchi e scomodi-mancava anche il telefono in camera-una colazione scarsa per un tre stelle e sprovvista di personale e dotata solo di bevande con macchinette fai da te-una camera insomma he abbisogna di una minima risistemazione

Albergo con grande potenziale ma se ristrutturato
Pros:

L'albergo è a due passi dalla spiaggia e vicino il filobus V1 che collega Montesilvano a Pescara. Lo stabilimento dove avevamo l'ombrellone compreso nel prezzo, è tranquillo e si mangia bene. È un albergo vecchio con molte potenzialità se venisse ristrutturato per bene.

Cons:

Il bagno in camera è senza bidet, che per un italiano fa la differenza.
Abbiamo avuto problemi con il condizionatore vecchio che non funzionava e finalmente abbiamo cambiato stanza ma al 3giorno. Colazione abbondante ma prodotti così così

Everything it was terrible never again I was booking parking and he was saying me you have to pay 10 euro parking again I was booking for 2 person and 2 kids and he was saying me in the Rezeption you have to paying again 4 euros for person I was never see in my life something like this

Cons:

The bed and the toilet it was very terrible
I was booking and breakfast and it was just eggs and Brot never never again and I was paying for one night in this hotel 170 euro I was feeling like somebody steal your money

La posizione quasi fronte mare

Cons:

Si scrive ristrutturato ma di ristrutturato c’era ben poco. La camera assegnatami , molto grande con un arredamento minimal , televisore rotto, letto “indormibile”
Personale troppo giovane e non preparato , mio punto di vista, all’accoglienza di clienti Business
Ha 3 stelle S ma secondo me 2 sono già troppe

Hotel Fatiscente
Pros:

Nulla.

Cons:

Struttura fatiscente e letto scomodissimo, bagno senza Bidet e rubinetteria vecchissima e incrostata. Il Bocchettone della doccia e arrugginito è mi è rimasto in mano.
La struttura non può essere catalogata 3 stelle superior.

Prezzo ingiustificato per la qualità della struttura
Pros:

Sinceramente le cose che mi sono piaciute sono state: lo staff, ritengo essere uno, se non l'unico punto forte della struttura; la posizione molto comoda per vivere la spiaggia ed il paese

Cons:

La struttura ha un buon potenziale ma devono assolutamente rivedere arredamento, bagni (il mio era senza bidet), pareti scrostate, colazione ecc.
