Pros:

Hotel Excelsior è un albergo a tre stelle perfettamente nella sua categoria.
Quello che mi è piaciuto è la chiarezza dei servizi e del prezzo. Essendo un albergo tre stelle, giustamente, non si può pretendere il cambio di biancheria ogni giorno o un arredamento ricercato. E' possibile rilevare qualche piccolo inestetismo ma l'hotel non tradisce le aspettative.
Il personale è altamente formato, educato, gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le richieste in modo tempestivo.
L'arredamento è minimal ma non manca nulla. La stanza comunque è molto confortevole. C'è anche la possibilità di appartamenti (sempre all'interno dell'hotel) con quattro posti letto e angolo cottura.
La struttura poi si trova a 50 metri dal lungomare e dalla spiaggia, comodissimo.
Ho avuto modo di provare anche il ristorante. Piatti semplici e genuini, esattamente quello che ci si attende all'interno di un hotel.
Letteralmente impeccabile la pulizia degli ambienti e della biancheria.

Cons:

Mi è dispiaciuto non poter portare la mia cagnolina nella sala a colazione e a cena.
Capisco e condivido che ci siamo strutture che non accettano animali ma le strutture che li accettano dovrebbero accettarli anche nelle sale ristoro e non solo nelle stanze. Sempre nel rispetto dell'igiene e dell'educazione.

Era muy bonito, tenía vista al mar y sobre todo estaba cerca de la playa y la atención fue excepcional.

Buona colazione e posizione dell hotel

Cons:

La camera assegnata aveva un forte odore di nicotina costringendoci a tenere spalancata la finestra fino a sera inoltrata senza però portare a miglioramento. Comprato e spruzzato spray assorbiodori per migliorarne la permanenza, ma con scarsissima efficacia essendo appestata la stanza. Letto con materasso vecchio basso affossato e quindi non confortevole. Non presente in camera almeno un cuscino di supporto. Bagno vecchio e poco curata la pulizia dal lavandino alla doccia, tavoletta water da cambiare.
