部屋付き露天風呂を子供たちが気に入って何度も入っていた。
事前に伝えていなかったが、子供のお風呂用のシャンプー等借りられるサービスがあるともう少し家族で泊まりやすいかと思った。
お部屋のクッションや布張り椅子の布が古くなってほころんでいました。
洗面所蛇口をひねるのに力が要った
部屋の証明操作が分からず、コントローラーに気がつくまで時間がかかりました。
シャワーヘッドも重く感じました。
高齢者には戸惑うことがありました。

早めに予約したこともあり、リーズナブルに素晴らしいお部屋に泊まれました。ベットもちょうどいい固さ。もう少し朝ゆっくりしたかった。。
夜入ったのですが、入り口が少しわかりづらく、通り過ぎそうでした。。

なにより古き良き豪華なホテルの内装。到着時に案内いただいた（外国の方と思われる）若い男性のご対応（丁寧かつ笑顔にも癒されました）。朝食に関してお気遣いいただいたこと。
このサイトの口コミにもある点があまり改善されていないようにみられました。どれも共感できる部分でした。
クラシカルな内装はもちろん、不便な設備さえもよいと思えるのに、ちょっとした案内や対応が宿泊客サイドから見られていないだけで、くつろぎきれない感や不便さを感じてしまう。
何も知らないただの客からはわかりえませんが、高級路線の老舗にありがちな慣れか、プライドか、ブライダル頼みか、などと感じざるをえません。実際そのように感じる場面もありました。
（今まで10軒以上宿泊した）京都のさほど高級でないホテルのほうがかなり気の利いた内容になっていると思います。
せっかくの施設がもったいない。
