Overall the stay was good but may not stay again due to the uncomfortable bed.
Pros:

The views from the room as well as the room itself was amazing.

Cons:

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Could hardly sleep.

Pros:

The cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel before! Room was very nice! Bed was super comfy!! Loved this hotel! Great price!

Clean rooms, good view, convenient location
Pros:

Breakfast. Clean rooms. Pleasant staff. Good value.

Cons:

I got 2 rooms on separate floors. One had an ice bucket, the other had an extra chair. I wish they both had had the ice buckets and extra chair. Staff still tried to fulfill needs after I asked at the desk.

Hotel was great. House keeping was horrible
Pros:

Property and amenities where excellent

Cons:

No house keeping for my stay from Sunday to Wednesday. No one ever cleaned the room or exchanged towels. Had to go to the front desk every night to get towels and trash bags for my room. Was on vacation and didn’t expect to have to clean my own room. Was told to place our towels and trash outside the door in the hallway where someone finally came and picked everything up.

Nice place but some issues
Pros:

Free breakfast was very good. Front desk staff were friendly. The suite had a great view and the beds were comfy.

Cons:

There was one staff member who was staring at her phone the entire time she interacted with us. We were about to get on the elevator and her tone was very blah and kind of short. It was very apparent she did not like her job. Also, the shower had a couple of areas that weren't completely clean. If we needed anything extra, we were told we had to come downstairs to get it ourselves. For $405 for two nights, that's pretty unacceptable. Hotels that cost significantly less have no problem bringing things to your room when requested. People have bad backs and knees and it's difficult to have to go down to retrieve things as needed.

Nice room, beautiful view.
Pros:

Staff was nice, facility was clean. I opted for a room with city view and can't complain with the view I had of Cincinnati, OH while being in the Newport, Kentucky location.

Cons:

Room wasn't ready by check in, hallways were very very warm compared to the rest of the building. Pool isn't very big which caused it to fill up quickly with just a few people.
