Pros:

Staff did a great job, food was great, location/access to the beach was great. Additionally, this beach (Doctor's Cave) was not free, but was free with this hotel, so bare that in mind when comparing prices/budgeting.

Cons:

Several hiccups with the room, nothing dramatic, elextrics etc, no more than an inconvenience, but had to be mentioned.

Excellent stay. All staffs very attentive, especially Andres.
Pros:

The staff. The restaurants, I liked it had elevators, also everything was in one area. The pool area is beautiful, especially when lit up at night.

Cons:

The beach has a big drop into the water.

Ein entspannter Aufenthalt mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die sich viel Mühe geben den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglic

Die entspannte Atmosphäre und das gute Essen

Cons:

Die laute Musik bis spät in den Abend hinein. Teilweise war am Pool keine Unterhaltung möglich. So richtig schlimm wurde es, wenn das Nachbarlokal auch noch eine andere Musik spielte.
In den Restaurants war es zu kalt, sodass man meist eine leichte Jacke brauchte.

Sehr schöne Lage mit tollem Sandstrand.

Cons:

Keine Espressotassen für Espresso, Bademäntel in Kindergrösse nur nach mehrmaligem Nachhaken ausgetauscht, teils unfreundlicher Ton der Mitarbeiter, insbesondere der für die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme zuständige Mitarbeiter kommandierte einen 10 Minuten vor Sonnenuntergang von den Liegen und lehnte es zum Teil sehr rüde ab, überhaupt einen Sonnenschirm aufzustellen.

The property was big to that to be costin so much money bcz the entertainment wasn’t all that during the day and night. However it was okk

Cons:

The AC in 454 need to remove bcz for the price off the room . I went to many hotels before and the AC in that room look like I’m booking a motel not a hotel that the government said it’s the best hotel my point a few.

It was good but don’t think I’d stay here again.
Pros:

Property is beautiful as always. Nice comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

The Food assortment has gone down drastically in comparison to the first time I was there. Very limited repetitive options. Not enough Jamaican style options especially at breakfast. Was super disappointed in that aspect.

Entertainment is very repetitive and a little boring
