Check in lento, WIFI no funcionaba la mitad del tiempo, los restaurantes no nos dieron reservas para cenar (solo un dia de los cinco y lo intentamos desde el primer dia), tuvimos una gotera en el baño. Las camas pequeñas para 3 personas.

As all inclusive should have more availability at restaurants for customers. Reservations are very limited. We did not dine at any of them.
A estrutura do hotel, no geral, é excelente. A área da piscina tem uma vista incrível, uma piscina grande, com água em temeperatura ambiente (não é muito gelada, nem muito quente) e limpa. O bar da piscina é bom, mas falta um cardápio ou menu com os drinks e bebidas disponíveis. Poderia também ter uma ducha/chuveiro nessa área, mas só tem uma pequena torneira para lavar os pés. A comida do buffet é muito boa, com uma variedade grande de opções de pratos. O quarto é uma delícia, aconchegante, limpo, tem ferro de passar roupas, serviço de lavanderia, frigobar com opções de bebida, uma cafeteira com boas opções de café.
A única coisa que me incomodou, de fato, foi o cheiro forte da fritura no restaurante temático da Jamaica que ficou impregnado nas nossas roupas após o jantar.

El personal. Les falta entrenamiento. No quisieron atendernos en un bar porque no teníamos reserva en un restaurante del costado y el bar estaba vacío.
It was not a mega hotel. It was busy but not too busy. All the staff were amazing! The beach is wonderful.
If you want long morning walks on an endless beach this isn’t the place. The beach is big but not a 30 minute walk one way.
Staff did a great job, food was great, location/access to the beach was great. Additionally, this beach (Doctor's Cave) was not free, but was free with this hotel, so bare that in mind when comparing prices/budgeting.
Several hiccups with the room, nothing dramatic, elextrics etc, no more than an inconvenience, but had to be mentioned.
The staff. The restaurants, I liked it had elevators, also everything was in one area. The pool area is beautiful, especially when lit up at night.
The beach has a big drop into the water.
