Location is exceptional, staff were always friendly, helpful and attentive.
Property is beautiful as always. Nice comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
The Food assortment has gone down drastically in comparison to the first time I was there. Very limited repetitive options. Not enough Jamaican style options especially at breakfast. Was super disappointed in that aspect.
Entertainment is very repetitive and a little boring
The property was big to that to be costin so much money bcz the entertainment wasn’t all that during the day and night. However it was okk
The AC in 454 need to remove bcz for the price off the room . I went to many hotels before and the AC in that room look like I’m booking a motel not a hotel that the government said it’s the best hotel my point a few.

Hotel muito confortável, extremamente limpo, próximo ao aeroporto.
A maioria dos funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos, porém alguns funcionários da praia e do bar da piscina foram grosseiros, não condizendo com o padrão do hotel.
The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Marlon Andre and the cheeky chappy barman Rahyme.
Food was always different everyday with plenty of choice.
The couple spa massage was very expensive so I'd avoid booking this £253 for 50 minutes is just too steep in my eyes.
The beach rules near hotel have petty rules can't have speaker music playing was told to turn it down to the point we couldn't even hear it so I just turned it off.
You have to vape or smoke in a tiny corner as well so still to the pool area.
