S Hotel Montego Bay - Luxury Boutique All-Inclusive Hotel

Room smelled of mildew. Breakfast options for vegan was minimal. Beach was gorgeous.

The SHotel . Big up to the housekeeping department .big up too the head of the housekeeping . Mr peddie the housekeeping staff gave us a warm welcome the room was well clean an ever inch pig the room was properly put together we didn’t have to be asking for an amenities.pneumonia of my best vist for the year .. thanks to Mr peddie an his department.. my main reason for returning

The staff and team were amzing! Its a chill vibe, and has mini activities theoughout the day. Food was great! I attended with adult family, however I seen a lot of couples while visiting.

We had wonderful time I was celebrating my birthday with my husband, one thing that I look for at hotel is how clean the property is and this property past all the tests. You guys are doing a great job keep it, we will definitely be back.

I was staying with my wife for her birthday we had a fantastic time, Orville our server was great but what stand out the most was how the property were always clean and fresh. We will definitely come back to this property.

Our visit was lovely, service was impeccable, staff was amazingly attentive and helpful.
I will definitely be going back. 5 stars across the board, from security, to the lobby, to the luxurious setting of the Jamrock restaurant, to the chef. Very impeccable to say the least.

From the Security booth all the way to the Restaurant was awesome customer service. Went to the Jamrock Restaurant, the food, the staff, the ambience was excellent. Looking forward to going back soon.

We had very good service from Trisania, Paula, Marlon, M. Rose - security, & Shavon. They are very good ambassadors of your hotel. They are ready to assist. I needed some materials to complete a 45th anniversary card. All offered help!
I like the café, the buffet, and the Roots Restaurant. We would visit again.

A truly lovely hotel, wonderful staff who are all so friendly. The rooms are immaculately clean as is the rest of the hotel. The food in all of the restaurants was excellent especially the main buffet one. The pool area is exceptional but can get very hot , for some light relief get a sun bed on the beach, they are really comfortable and you get that lovely sea breeze. The Sky pool bar is wonderful and you are served a glass of bubbly watching the sunset and listening to an exceptional saxophonist. The Jamaican people are hard working and are so welcoming, so spoil yourself with a stay at this beautiful hotel, you won’t regret it.

This was our first trip to Jamaica but certainly not the last. We came to Jamaica to celebrate my 60th birthday and Jamaica did not disappoint. Everything was top tier. Such a great experience at this hotel. They have everything you could want including many restaurants and 4 different types of swimming experience (ocean, main pool, rooftop pool and spa pool.)

The soa experience was great. I want to thank Monifah in particular, and the whole staff of the hotel really.

Love this hotel! The staff was amazing, the food was incredible, and the location was everything. I had the pleasure of meeting new people who I will always remember. A special shoutout to Dwight Blackwood, who was my transportation around the beautiful island — he was an awesome guy, friendly, reliable, and made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend him and this hotel to anyone visiting!

Went down to Montego Bay to celebrate a friend's birthday and stayed at S Hotel solid choice. Good vibes from check-in to check-out.
The atmosphere is sleek and modern but still relaxed boutique feel. Rooms were clean, well put together, decor's got a nice contemporary edge to it without losing that island feel. Everything was spotless, no complaints there.
Food was a highlight honestly. Every meal hit good flavor, well presented, no notes.
Staff were on point friendly, attentive, made the whole birthday celebration feel special, not just another check-in.
Solid stay overall. If you want style, comfort, and good food in Montego Bay, this is a good pick. We'd go back.

I spent my birthday weekend at S Hotel Montego Bay and honestly, it was amazing from start to finish.

The atmosphere is what really sets this place apart. It has that boutique, design-forward feel stylish but never stuffy, and the energy throughout the property is relaxed and lovely. You feel like you're somewhere special the moment you walk in.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The decor has a sleek, modern edge with little artistic touches that make it feel current without losing that laid-back Jamaican charm. Everything felt fresh and well kept not a single thing felt worn or overlooked.

Speaking of clean the entire property was spotless. Common areas, the room, the pool deck, all of it. You could tell the housekeeping team takes real pride in their work.

And the food? Chef's kiss, truly. Every dish I had was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and you could taste the care that went into it. Breakfast, dinner, even the little extras all on point. I loved it 🙂

The staff made the whole trip though. Warm, welcoming, and attentive from check-in to check-out they made my birthday feel genuinely celebrated, not just another reservation.
