Beautiful serene upscale hotel and amenities. Food and beverage service a plus.
Pros:

.Very clean facility with upscale vibe. Beautiful clean small beach and beautiful water. Service and food all in one place

Cons:

Some staff weren’t as friendly as I thought they’d be. Some did not acknowledge you as you walked by or waiting for a table at the restaurant. Limited bathing towels in room.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Every employee there knew exactly what they were doing. I always appreciate those who know how to do their jobs well.

Piscine , buffet, plage , Rooftop , on a eu les chambres plutôt , personnels serviables et aimable , emplacement , all exclusif , clés en bracelet, et le fait qu’on pouvait garder le all exclusif jusqu’à notre départ à 14h30 malgré qu’on ait libéré les chambres à 11h , on pouvait utiliser les douche du spa

Pas d’ascenseur du côté gauche de l’hôtel , le disque vinyles ne fonctionne pas

Absolutely glorious!
Pros:

We just LOVED everything! Beautiful place and the staff seemed genuinely lovely. Our room was super super gorgeous!

Great beach, nice hotel
Pros:

The beach is amazing, the hotel is beautiful and the food is really good from breakfast to dinner !

Cons:

The beach is beautiful but they close at 5/6 pm even though the sun doesn’t set until 6.30 so you cannot properly enjoy the beach until the sun is out. The Sun loungers and beach towels are very old and worn and not very comfortable. The hotel is lovely but does need some refurbishment and the outdoor pool isn’t particularly clean or well kept. They also have rules regarding dress codes in the restaurants and lobby however none of the guests followed this and the staff did not reinforce it which is a bit of a shame as it didn’t give luxury environment with how some people presented. Also, none of the rooms offer somewhere that you can hang wet clothing or wet swimsuits which can be a bit annoying if you want to dry off anything from using the pool or beach.

Exceptional Night
Pros:

I had an excellent night at this hotel. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to the restaurant team. The juice was refreshing and tasted great.

I ate at the buffet, which had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I truly enjoyed my night and had a wonderful experience overall. The property was clean, beautiful, and well maintained. I would definitely visit again!

Evening Well Spent

I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the workers were very helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout the evening. Everything was good, and I felt comfortable. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend others to visit as well.

S Hotel Breathtaking Ambiance
Pros:

I must say that the S Hotel certainly lived up to my expectations! Exceptional service especially at the front desk where Navine provided a detailed explanation as it relates to the services offered. Dontae who cooked up a scrumptious pasta meal! Orville my server was exceptional. I would highly recommend.
