Had a wonderful night the food,the waiters every thing was lovely the staffs checks on you. definitely will be back.
The facility was clean and very welcoming.

The S Hotel was a fantastic experience , they have great staff everyone was so friendly and fun , not to mention the food Wednesday and Saturday night is Jamaican night fantastic . Sea food resturante nice . I love how Jamaicanized this hotel is and so close to the airport and walking distance to shopping . I will be back .

Homroy is the best. Great customer service. This was our first time at the S Hotel Montego Bay and we were not disappointed. We first visited for a tour when they first opened in 2019. We said that next time we came back to Jamaica we would stay here. It is 2026 and we are here. Absolutely LOVE it.

I had a wonderful experience at S Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, tidy, and comfortable, with everything arranged neatly and thoughtfully. Housekeeping did a great job keeping things fresh throughout my stay.

The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and pleasant, making it a great place to unwind. The location was also convenient, adding to the overall positive experience. In terms of value, I felt that the quality of service and accommodations matched the price very well.

Overall, S Hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, friendliness, and high level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

I had the most fun in a long time at this resort. From the moment I entered the property from the security at the gate, to the man at the entrance of the lobby to the front desk operator, to top our arrival off we were greated by Rashai, entertainment supervisor in the lobby who gave us a personal tour (we felt like royalty) she then took us to one of the most breath taking view i have seen in forever. she was so professional and knowledgeable about the property.
We got some beautiful photos that capture the stories the hotel is trying to tell about Jamaican culture (I loved it) I got to admit the view was my favorite on the property. None the less the staff are so friendly oneika at the buffet is mad funny, she is a whole vybz. Patrick at the bar was really cool. And how can I forget the vybz man him self Andre Entertainment assistant manager (love him) he's a real asset to the company. The cafe was so clean and the variety to choose from is on par. My overall view is chef kiss 100%

My family and I had a girls trip. We wanted to visit for so long and decided that it was the perfect time to visit the award winning hotel and boy it cldnt being better. I met some of the most amazing staff ever. First I want to shout out Andre (Ent. Assistant manager) Rashai supervisor they are my new favorite duo, and will visit any hotel that they work. Rashai is so professional, and friendly, Andre is charismatic, full of energy and a true leader‼️ Their hospitality, knowledge of their job and the overall property is so refreshing. Yashema & Oneika from the buffet are very attentive & serve with a smile and Patrick at the bar did not disappoint. The lady at the front desk I forget her name but she is such a warm and friendly person. The roof view/ pool is to die for, I love the fact that every level depicts a Jamaican story / vybz from bob Marley statue to Clark’s shoe & a toothpaste. the food was good , I loved the (ham) , the overall property gives luxury, fabulosity and exciting all in one 10/10
Will I go definitely? When? I already book for my next visit !!

Beautiful hotel facing the sea and one of Jamaica’s best beaches ( private). The food is outstanding.. healthy great Jamaican cuisine. The rooms facing the sea are clean comfortable and have lovely views. The swimming pool area is superb with lots of activities and entertainment. The team are friendly and very customer focused. The specialty Jamaican restaurant is outstanding as is the seafood one. Want to particularly commend the manager Marlon who made our stay super special. I also want to mention Andreas who helps organise the tours who was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the tours.

What I really loved about the hotel was the overall vibe, it just felt stylish and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The decor is beautiful, especially around the reception area, bars, and restaurants. Everything feels thoughtfully designed without being over the top. But honestly, what stood out the most was the staff. They’re genuinely friendly, not in a forced way, and they actually take the time to chat with you, which made the whole stay feel more personal.

Breakfast was a highlight for me, I really looked forward to it every morning. The buffet had loads of options, everything was fresh, and it set a great tone for the day. I also ended up having lunch there a couple of times, which was just as good. One thing I loved was the all-day café, especially the juice bar, it was such a nice touch and perfect for something light or refreshing in between.

The beach area was also really nice, clean, relaxing and a great spot to just switch off for a few hours. It never felt too crowded which made it even better.
