Cons:

We got to the room and the remote did not work. I went down to desk and got another remote. Went back up and still did not work. Lady from desk came up and moved Directv box so there the remote would work. Went to take a shower and found out there was no water. Waited 2 1/2 hours and water was turned on but there was dirt in the water. Had to run the water for at least 2 hours. It cleared up to about 75%. We gave up and took a shower like we were in a creek. The lady behind the desk did not tell us a thing about water was off for repairs. Bad experience!

Worst hotel stay
Pros:

Bed was comfy

Cons:

The ice machines didn’t work,my tub was stopped up it did not drain properly and no one came to fix it I was there for 4 days and had to go else where to shower.The breakfast was cold and not refilled at all.There were many holes in the ceiling where fire alarms were and holes in the rooms that were covered by the furniture.There was no pool as displayed online and there was no update to let us know it ruined our vacation
