Our stay was overall pretty good! Very quiet hotel that was a bonus! The view from the room we stayed was absolutely bea
Pros:

The property was close to the event that we were attending.

Cons:

There were was the matter of the handicap doors that didn’t work upon entering. Please have the matter addressed and there was also the issue of our safety. The entrance was a bit icy and slippery a nice amount of salt would have been fine to prevent a fall. The compartment for our luggage to be lifted was a bit confusing but we did have help from the front desk maybe consider some other new options.

Charming
Pros:

Cool old building with historical charm, elevated design and comfortable furniture. Staff was all welcoming, accommodating and friendly. They were happy to bring a rollaway in for an extra bed as the sofa sleeper was a bit smaller for our two kids to share. We loved the King bedroom suite. Plenty of room for the rollaway and sofa bed in the living room area.

Everyone loved the huge gym/workout space! That was a hit with our volleyball team.

The only ice available was behind the bar on the first floor. I hated having to go down to the lobby to get ice from the bar, but the staff were all more than happy to oblige...even filling up our individual water bottles every morning.

Overall, a great place to stay that was easily walkable to the convention center...sad that all the skywalks aren't open on the weekends, especially in the cold wintertime :-(, but that's not the Hyatt's fault.

It was an absolute nightmare and Booking.com SUCKS!
Pros:

The

Cons:

The only failure was on the part of Booking.com, not anyone associated with the hotel. They tried to blame everything on the hotel staff and stated I was being "lied to and manipulated " by them. My reservation, which was paid for, several months in advance was never sent to or confirming by the hotel. Booking.com insisted that I had to pay an additional $150 to release my reservation, but per the hotel ther was no info sent and no rooms were available regardless. Booking is unreliable, untrustworthy and are as dishonest and shady as the day is long. I will be sure to tell EVERYONE not to work with them and not to trust them either.
