Overall great place on a budget! Would stay again!
Pros:

Great deal for the family “suite” as we needed the extra bed. We had a tight budget and the place was just what we needed for one night, without costing too much! Clean and comfortable and friendly staff.

Cons:

The small room off to the side where there was the extra bed, had short curtains that let light in from outside lights so it was a little hard to sleep. Definitely an older Inn, so has that funny smell and the shower was a little funky, but not terrible. Might be hard to use if you are too tall!

Funktional, zu dünne Wände

Lage funktional gut, Zimmer auch absolut ok, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen…

Cons:

Leider war die Nacht eine Katastrophe, die ganze Anlage ist sehr hellhörig und einer der Nachbarn hatte nonstop den TV laufen

Pros:

Staff was very nice. Room was very clean. Beds are very comfortable and it's a great price.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like is that we didn't have a screen door on our sliding door. That would have been nice to be able to keep the door open to let the nice Cool breeze in thank you

Overall great value for what we experienced and what we wanted to do.
Pros:

Room was very clean and in close proximity to all the places we wanted to go to in the surrounding areas (less than 15 minute drive to aquarium, historical parks, and the HWY 1 entrance of the 17 mile scenic route). The room was spacious enough that when we were in the room we were not on top of each other. The room had a refrigerator and microwave which was good as we were able to save left overs and have them for lunch/dinner during the stay. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and even though we were close to a main road, we did not hear loud noises or those of our neighbors. We were on the 2nd/top floor so cannot speak to those on the 1st floor. The staff was very friendly and accommodated all the request we asked for such as extra towels and extra bedding. Just FYI the cleaning staff cleans by request only and only after the 2nd night, we did not request this service but it is not automatic.

Cons:

The only negative that we experienced was that the hot water in the shower was not always hot. We had four of us in the room and by the time the 4th person took a shower the water was mostly cold and would switch between hot and cold during the shower. I did not see any other reviews mention this, so I am not sure if it was just a fluke. There was no tub in our unit which we was fine for us but might not be ok for those with small children. We did not experience the shower issue when only 2 people showered at one time. The water heating issue was only for the 3rd and 4th person within 2 hours of the 1st & 2nd person showering.

For $350 a night you can do much better.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Was kind of not clean. Jet airplanes fly over it all night long. First time it felt like the airplane was falling on the building. I stayed here because nothing was available and this was an unplanned trip.

Cons:

I came late, left early, the room was cold. I was taken a safety deposit and it was never returned. When contacting hotel via phone - I was said my reservation was ok and it was returned. When contacting via email - they said I smoked in the room and on the balcony and they took the safety deposit. I do not smoke, the room was cold and I did not open the balcony. I feel like they just wanted the extra cash. Do not recommend

Relaxing
Pros:

Loved the spacious room and the comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless. The balcony is very well maintained and we felt very safe sitting on it outside overlooking the pool area.

Cons:

The A/C wasn't working, but we were able to open our sliding glass door and let the breeze it, it worked out great. The next day Erika offered a discount for our troubles. The staff here have always gone above and beyond every time we stay.

Pros:

Las instalaciones en general, grandes, espaciosas, con parking. La habitación (con baño) súper grande, con una puerta-ventana al parque y salida a la pileta.
La.cama enorme y cómoda.
El desayuno super completo (waffles, tostadas, salchichas, huevos, yogurth, infusiones, frutas...etcccc.)

Cons:

Nada, todo acorde a nuestras expectativas.
