Very comfortable bed and room
Pros:

The bed was super comfortable and room was nice. Breakfast was pretty good too

Cons:

The evening front desk staff was a bit rude to us. We had messaged the hotel to clearly state we were on our way from Utah and would arrive to check in between 9:30-10pm. Obviously she didn’t read the message and called me to see if we were coming. I informed her that we were eating a late evening dinner at Perkins just across the street and we would be there just like I said in the message between 9:30 and 10. She went ahead and charged my card which I thought was a bit impatient of her knowing I was coming in a few minutes. The booking clearly stated my card would be changed upon arrival in person

Cons:

Everything. Over charged big time. Was told in advance I could do laundry but when I got there it was quarters only and they refused to provide quarters even with cash or billed to room. So I left my wet blankets from service animal getting wet in front of my car, they threw them away! I had to extend my stay to get medical care and they couldn’t have made it more difficult if they tried. Standing around having to go 3rd floor despite handicap not accessible, nearly collapsed and had to crawl t9 room. And when I left I get a very rude phone call. 0/10 do not stay here EVER

Nice and worthy staying for one night
Pros:

Great location and wonderful staff

Cons:

The sheets were cheap thin and scratchy and so were all the toiletries. If you are staying g in a Hampton then you expect to at least have decent bedding, TP and tissue. It was very disappointing

Perfect recharge during a long road trip
Pros:

Queen suite for traveling mom and teen great set up for comfort and privacy. Nice selection for breakfast and good coffee for the road.
