Relaxing and comfortable stay
Pros:

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we were not disappointed. After a recent refurb the hotel is immaculate. Our room ( with a bay window overlooking the sea and castle) was super comfortable as both a place to sleep and just to sit and watch the world go by.
The bar area is spacious and comfortable and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Warm welcome
Pros:

This is a really friendly hotel looking out to sea. Even on a cold day, the warmth of welcome was great. We couldn't stay for breakfast but they made us sandwiches to take with us which was very welcome.

Top class hotel with all the benefits of a family run hotel
Pros:

I have stayed at The Caerwylan several times and it never disappoints. First class service, beautiful room, spotlessly clean and stunning view. Always my first choice in Criccieth.

2 night Winter break
Pros:

Very nice comfortable hotel. Conveniently located overlooking the bay. Restaurant and resident's lounges, appear to have been recently re-furbished to a very high standard. Very good breakfast served in Tonnau restaurant. Good value for standard. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Vehicle access and parking is a little confusing at first, but hotel advises you in advance and were very helpful. Would stay here again.

Simply the Best!
Pros:

Our second visit to this lovely hotel in a superb location. Our executive room had a large bay window furnished with comfy chairs so we could sit and admire the wide views of the beautiful bay. Tastefully decorated the room had a large comfortable bed and lots of storage and hanging space. The bathroom was very well equipped with a bath, separate power shower and loo with a view! Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. We ate in the restaurant all 3 nights of our stay, the menu was varied and all food prepared to the highest standard.
One of the most important aspects of this hotel has to be the staff - without exeption friendly, competent and helpful.
Thank you Caerwylan Hotel for a really enjoyable weekend, we will see you again in the Spring.
