We had a great time. I’d absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

I loved the location. I thought it was cool that the path to the pool was sort of closed off to the lobby. So we didn’t have to walk through the front looking like crap to get to the coffee shop or the gym or the pool. :)

Cons:

I couldn’t really complain. It had everything we needed and was close to everywhere we were going. The view was great.

perfect end to a 10-day trip to visit old friends and do some missions work in Baja
Pros:

The location close to airport was perfect for us for a departure the next day; light lunch and libations in the afternoon followed by some pool time and topped off by late night drinks and dessert to carry up to our room to enjoy the view of San Diego made for a great arrival day! And then we had wonderful service for breakfast from M&M before leaving for the airport the next day. Would definitely think of booking here for travel purposes like we had.

Cons:

Room 522 on front of hotel right over entrance driveway which made it possible to hear people talking when arriving/leaving via shuttle/taxi.

Shower water pressure

Cons:

The crappy room over the loud AC compressors. I spent $250 for less than 12 hours to rest for my morning flight & it would have been nice to have a view. Front desk said hotel was fully booked. I did not believe him.

Great location, even better staff
Pros:

My flight was delayed leading me to stay at this nearby Hilton. I was welcomed by Will at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and kind in helping my unexpected stay be as comfortable as possible. Room was perfect for what I needed.

Great San Diego location
Pros:

I have stayed here many times, all with excellent experiences. Close to airport with convenient shuttles without feeling like one. A beautiful restaurant on-site overlooks the bay marina. The bar is booming in the evenings and food selection is generous and quality. Great staff everywhere.

Step outside and walk to Tom Hams Lighthouse with spectacular views of San Diego city lights.
