Overall a great stay.
Pros:

The staff, the location, the view.

Cons:

The distance to any convenience store was tough. I didn’t want to pay to rent a car and then pay to park it. Uber was good but not when u want to run to the store.

Practical for an airport stop over but the price for the rooms are so high for what you get.
Pros:

Location to airport is great and a beautiful walk along the harbour. The free airport shuttle is also useful.

Cons:

The rooms are horrid. In need of a major refurbishment to bring them anywhere close to modern and comfortable and no breakfast included as standard.

The staff member in reception at the time we needed our shuttle was very unwelcoming - clearly a long night for him but his shortness was not well received.

Tolle Aussicht!
Pros:

Wir haben dieses Hotel einen Tag vor unserem Rückflug gewählt. Da wir den Mietwagen bereits einen Tag vorher abgeben haben, sind wir zu Fuß vom Flughafen zum Hotel gelaufen. Es ist ohne Gepäck machbar. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Bucht und die Skyline von San Diego. Wir haben im Hotel-Restaurant Dinner und Frühstück gegessen, es war wirklich sehr lecker.

Cons:

Der Preis ist relativ hoch, zu mal nicht einmal Frühstück inbegriffen ist.

Staff seemed uninformed about shuttles and room service. I had to wait 45 minutes for shuttle only to be told “I had to call” I was told room service available late but was not even open and had to get bar food for $40! Old and dingy as you can see from chair in room…do better! Also looks like fire had started on wall and never updated

Beautiful relaxing water view of the bay
Pros:

The location was amazing. Views of the harbor on both sides from the balcony. I was able to sit on the balcony and enjoy my morning coffee. I had breakfast room service and the food and staff were wonderful. I will be returning to this hotel in the future!
