Location is best if the best away from crowds actually about to book another stay here the location across from harbors take a early morning walk w coffee inside hotel
Terrible hotel. Costed over 2 grand for 6 nights, my room smelled terrible checking into it. The front desk receptionist was rude and incredibly unhelpful. I could barely hear her talk to me. Hotel is out of the way of everything. I would never stay here again, it’s terrible.
The location is good
The staff are unprofessional. We checked in 20 mins after the check-in time but were told our room was not ready yet and we had to wait for one hour. We were tired after 7 hour drive so we didn’t agree, so they sent us to a room in the second floor which has no view. When we checked out, the receptionist didn’t say thank you or anything we had to ask her if we were all good to go then she said yes. No thank you or anything. She didn’t even smile. We won’t come back for sure.
Very quiet and peaceful , very clean.
Didnt like that they didnt have smart tvs.. you had to take chrome cast or some hdmi thing to connect instead of screen mirroring or just sending it to tv
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
everything
the price lol
Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
I can't think of anything.
Celebrated our Wedding Anniversary here the other night. We are locals and it's our favorite hotel in San Diego. Great views to take in on the Marina side or Bay views. Lot's of action in the Harbor to watch. Xavier and Mia were particularly helpful at the Front Desk as well as Vanessa and Oly. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Panorama. Food was tasty and service outstanding (Brian, M & M and Sophia were friendly and on top of things) Very well managed property!
Location was great!
Prices from Booking.com to the actual charges at the hotel are different
Location
Noice out side of hallway.
Great first time their recommendation
I wish they just had breakfast including and free parking
The cleanliness of this hotel is absolutely unacceptable. The room was full of dust, and there were blood stains and insects, to the point that I woke up the next day with allergies and constant sneezing. This clearly shows a serious lack of hygiene and care.
We asked the staff to change our room, but one employee responded rudely and claimed there were no rooms available. We left for a short while, and when we came back, we spoke to another staff member who told us there were actually vacant rooms! This contradiction reflects poor management and a complete lack of professionalism.
As for the breakfast buffet, it was extremely disappointing in terms of both quality and variety.
In conclusion: a very bad experience overall. I strongly do not recommend this hotel—even if it’s your last option.
Great job Mia! I checked in early and she upgraded to a room overlooking the bay!! I am Hilton Diamond member but rarely get great upgrades!
The view was just what I needed after a long work weekend!
The room was very comfortable with an excellent view of the harbor and city.
We noted that the empty tissue box was not replaced with a new box.
