The Hotel standard is very low, no water or TV on day i arrived, room and bathroom not very clean.

Pros:

Love the hotel. Clean, location.

Cons:

The check in guy didn’t tell me how to access the club lounge that I paid for so I missed using it a few days. I found this gentleman to be not so helpful. He was the only one that was that way everyone else was amazing. Perhaps he had a bad day. He also said he was an atheist which I felt was unprofessional.

I ordered a king size bed for myself, and they gave me two beds in my room
