Having to specify when the room should be clean -- better to have a rule such as every second day.

El hotel no dispone de ascensor.

Nous n’avions pas vu que l’hôtel est sur une colline, et que les transport ne nous y déposent pas. L’arrivée par les transports a été un peu rude car les rues à monter sont un peu raides. Mais c’est le seul point d’attention à avoir concernant l’hôtel (et pas d’ascenseur pour les personnes ayant du mal avec les escaliers).
Dans notre chambre il n’y avait pas beaucoup de place pour poser nos afffaires et valises. Nous en avons aperçues d’autres qui semblaient avoir plus de place à cet effet.
Mais nous y avons apprécié notre passage de 2 nuits

It looks rather tired.

I had a hideously tiny room, with a hideously tiny bathroom with a broken toilet seat. In my room, I could barely open the window and let some much needed air in, which was awful, as the air quality in the room had exactly the feeling of a hotel room which had not seen a lot of fresh air in decades. The breakfast was exactly what I expected after I have spent one night in this room. If it were rated as a "hostel", with perhaps half the price I payed, it would have been OK maybe, because if it is a hostel and cheap, then you don't get a bad rating for it. But it's a hotel with the highest price I payed on my whole bloody trip. So no. This is not OK. I very rarely leave reviews, mostly I leave reviews if I really liked a place, if the place was awesome and exceeded my expectations. But here it needed to be said. Lower the price substantially, and then it is OK. And try to fix the window and toilet seat maybe?
