Pool, breakfast, room is ok
I arrived late at the hotel on a very cold night, and the reception staff took more than 5 minutes to come and open the hotel door for me. I could see a staff member inside at reception talking to someone, but no one came to assist me.
Because it was taking so long, I started walking around the entrances to check whether I was at the correct door. When the staff member finally opened the door, he told me that he had already come to the door and that I had “left,” implying it was my fault. He could simply have called out or communicated. There was no apology at all for the delay, despite the weather.
To make matters worse, the door to my room was connected/open to the room next to it. I discovered this immediately upon arrival and accidentally startled the guest next door. When I reported it to reception, they fixed it, but they did not seem surprised or concerned, which was quite worrying.
On top of that, there were also issues with issuing an invoice for my company, which should have been a very straightforward request.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to poor service, lack of professionalism, and basic operational problems.

Hadde booket spa/basseng, og fikk ingen informasjon om at det var stengt pga vedlikehold (hadde vært åpent tidligere på dagen) før jeg kom ned i resepsjonen for å aktivere kortet. Savnet beskjed om det slik at jeg kunne omorganisert dagen :)
