Cons:

När vi kom till hotellet 16:00 fanns inget städat rum. Vi fick höra av personalen att vi skulle vänta i 30 min. Efter 30 min fanns fortfarande inget rum klart (incheckning är från 16) och personalen fick gå runt i hotellet för att hitta ett rent rum. Vi fick vänta till kl 17 innan vi fick tillgång till rummet. När vi väl kom in var en av handdukarna smutsiga, den hade stora svarta fläckar.
Frukosten var inget speciellt, mycket var slut på buffén. Till exempel fanns ingen juice mellan 9-10 i någon av juicemaskinerna. Vi fick vänta länge på att de skulle fylla på bröd och frukt. Även mycket långsamma på att plocka undan på borden, vilket gjorde att många bord var upptagna av smutsig disk.

Was very good
Pros:

Great and helpful staff. It would have been much better if the planning had been more organized and accurate, so that our family and friends could have stayed closer together in the same row, instead of being separated across different rows and even different floors.

Veldig bra opphold
Pros:

Jeg var veldig fornøyd med rommet. Synes det var helt nydelig. Kom fra Skjærsgårdshotellet i Langesund som hadde et ikke bra rom. Overnattet også på Dr. Holms på Geilo og hadde et aldeles nydelig rom der. Deres rom på Scandic var i samme klasse, Veldig fornøyd. Frokosten var bra.

Pros:

Frokosten var god, og rommet var stort og velinnredet.

Cons:

Det var ingen utsikt fra rommet, bare vindu til den indre hallen. Dette til tross for at beskrivelsen på Booking.coms side hadde lovet utsikt mot byen.

Cons:

Vond ekstra seng. Dyr frokost. Var sikker på at jeg betalte med frokost gjennom booking og ifølge Hotel resepsjonen hadde jeg ikke det. Dårlig kommunikasjon mellom booking og Scandic.
