Very bad we will never go to a scandic hotel again. How this hotel is 4 stars amazes me.

Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación. No probamos ni la piscina ni el desayuno pero cerca había sitios para desayunar y tomar algo. El parking está justo debajo del hotel aunque no tiene cargadores si el coche es eléctrico. La habitación tiene buen tamaño y la cama y el baño son cómodos. La política de no limpiar la habitación si estás pocos días tiene sentido para nosotros.

Cons:

La gente de la recepción fue amable pero un poco seca, hace lo justo. Cuando entramos el dispensario de gel/champú estaba vacío, entiendo que si hubiésemos avisado nos lo hubiesen rellenado pero bueno, es lo típico que esperas que esté revisado cuando llegas.

Nice hotel, housekeeping need improvement
Pros:

The room was nice, with the main bed being comfortable. The pool was great, although a shame the hot tub wasn’t working.

Cons:

Breakfast was good when it was quiet but awful on busy days. Needed way more staff cleaning tables and replenishing food. Housekeeping needed huge improvements too, had to ask 3 time for a bed for my son, no shower gel in the room when we arrived, glasses not cleaned etc

Generelt fornøyd med oppholdet, men hotellet har litt forbedringspotensial på renhold og service.
Pros:

Jeg likte rommene og utvalget på frokosten

Cons:

Vi fikk skitne glass på rommet og dette ble ikke byttet da vi gav beskjed. I tillegg var resepsjonisten lite samarbeidsvillig til å hjelpe med andre problemstillinger. Bassenget var litt for kaldt for vår smak og boblebadet var ute av drift. På frokosten var mye av maten tom da vi kom kl 09:30 og det var vanskelig å finne bord fordi det ikke var ryddet på bordene. Det ble riktignok fylt på litt underveis, men det tok ganske lang tid.

Cons:

Bodde i sjette etasje , vinduet kunne åpnes helt ingen sperre på det tenker små barn . Skummelt hadde med barnebarn på fire . Ovnen på veggen var løs . Ga beskjed om vindue da vi dro håper det blir ordnet . De vi reiste med bodde i andre etasje var sperre på vinduet der.
