the location and breakfast was great
I needed a pair of pliers to cut a luggage lock and none was available on the premises. should I have a tool box available for emergency’s.

The check in and out staff was super friendly. Breakfast was easy and a lot of options to choose from. Clean rooms, and great location.
I noticed the dining area wasn't cleaned often. We were the first ones at breakfast the day of our check out and a few of the tables were still dirty from the prior day. We noticed the night before also that these tables were still dirty. Kind of strange to me, because the hotel was very clean other then that issue. The dining area also isn't ment for families. Our family of 4 had to sit at 2 different 2 person tables across the dining area for each other. It's ment for 2 people max to sit together. There are maybe 2 other larger tables but not many to choose from.
Needed to reserve handicapped room due to husband's mobility issues. The bathroom laid out perfectly with handles located exactly where needed. Room clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, too.
Buen desayuno, las camas muy cómodas, el cuarto muy limpio.
El aire acondicionado esta pegado en la cama, no puedes dormir agusto porque tienes el aire frío en los pies es muy incomodo, a las 12 de la noche pasaron varias personas y me tocaron la puerta despertando a mis bebes, no hay un control de quien entra y sale del hotel. La alberca al segundo dia estaba muy sucia.
The breakfast was amazing and the kitchen facilities was super cleaned and the chef was present and friendly.
More hotel should be like them good customer service and welcoming staff.
The guy at the front desk was amazing. I accidentally booked and paid for a night I didn't need and he helped me out and returned the money for the extra night. He didn't have to do that but he was so kind and professional. That's a great person to represent Comfort Suites! Thanks again for the great stay and I think I found my new place when I go visit my family!

Not enough handicapped parking with room for loading and unloading a wheelchair. Hard to load and unload in the portico area, too.
