スタッフの対応は良かったと思うが、設備が少々古い。しかし総合的にコストパフォーマンスは良いと思う。

追いかけてきてホテル代請求されました。
普通チェックインかチェックアウトの時でしよ

Pro: nice staff, clean, economical, convenient, decent Wi-Fi.

Con: the bed is pretty hard which isn’t unusual in Asia but you can feel every spring in the mattress.

All things considered I would stay here again.

My stay at the Orzu Hotel was excellent, by far the best hotel experience since I have been in Uzbekistan.
The staff and management were all very friendly, engaging & went out of their way to ensure that all of my needs were met.
The breakfast was excellent, and even though I was 15 minutes late, I was invited in to eat.
The room had everything I needed and the WiFi was great.
I can gladly recommend the hotel

Very poor value for the price in Tashkent. We paid 50$ usd and this is a $25-$30 usd / night hotel. Bed was bad. Needs remodeling. Russian ladies ( cleaners and front desk) were very friendly just can’t fix the state of the hotel. Insisted on paying USD. Much better place in Tashkent at that price.

Deuxième fois que je viens à cet hôtel.
L équipe parle anglais, toujours serviable.
L hôtel est climatisé est c'est nécessaire car en juin juillet il fait 40 degrés .
Situé à côté d'un minimarket bien pratique pour acheter le minimum .
J avais besoin d'un chauffeur pendant trois jours, je vous conseille Adhil demandez le à la réception, il est professionnel et négociera pour vous les prix sur place. Même si il ne parle pas anglais avec son téléphone et Google traduction j ai pu me faire comprendre et lui aussi .
Les chambres sont propres et le personnel très réactif ..
Le petit déjeuner propose du choix de qualité.
C'est un hôtel pour le prix qui est parfait .

Il est situé à 6 min à pied du GranMirhitel ou se trouve une piscine XXL .
Le chauffeur ma amené à un magasin pour obtenir un numéro de téléphone Ouzbek, très pratique car votre. Its de telephone va s'enflammer, c'est du hors forfait, attention !

The room was small but had everything it should. The staff was friendly and the breakfast good. The wifi would work for about one minute in the room then stop. In the lobby it worked. Note mapping sites don't find the current address 14 Kichik Mirabod Street; you need to put in the previous Russian name 14 Ivliev Street.

Çhambre correct avec le lit double il est confortable, la climatisation fonctionne bien, salle de bain propre, le petit déjeuner est complet sale sucre et fruit, hôtel modeste, pratique car mini market ouvert toute la nuit , le harrier est correct sans plus a 200 m d une grande avenue facile pour se repérer.

Local hotel, close to lots of local restaurants, bars and shops. upcoming area for European backpackers. Chose to stay here in a bigger room so not expecting 4 star. English spoken by helpful receptionist. WiFi good most of the time. Not sure what happened to some of the things listed on hotel amenities. No blackout curtains or rain shower head. Rooms were old but clean, bed was comfortable. Full size fridge is useful. location of hotel is good, a 10 minute walk to Grand Mir hotel area with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. A short taxi ride to Amir Timur square.

Dishonest and unfriendly staff. Check your price really well or be prepared to bargain for a really long time (seriously those guys are terrible...). Not recommended!

英語がしっかり通じる上、とても親切な方々でした。
地下鉄ではOybek駅が近いです。

The property was very very clean, the staff was awesome, being able to speak English and not Russian or Uzbek it was nice the staff spoke English, another thing was lots of places to choose from to eat around hotel, and the breakfast was perfect. for someone who wants to immerse themselves into the Uzbek culture yet be able to communicate with the locals this hotel is great,
