No service- room was not cleaned, sheets were not changed, they left the wet used towels in a pile on my floor and the manager did Nothing. I asked for a refund for 1 night and he said it was thru booking.com.
I have stayed here about 10 times over the years. Not Again. They Do Not Care!

A good place to stay before journey to the Airport. Niles Tower was very interesting.

Hôtel satisfaisant dans joli quartier.
Pros:

Petit hôtel sympa dans un joli quartier en périphérie de Chicago à 15mn de l'aéroport. La chambre était propre et plutôt bien insonorisée. Literie confortable. Le parking est gratuit. Une voiture est nécessaire pour se rendre à Chicago, il faudra compter entre 45mn et 1h en fonction de la circulation. Sinon un arrêt de bus est à 3mn à pied pour rejoindre Chicago via le CTA (métro) en plus du bus.
Et le petit déjeuner était plutôt simple et ordinaire comme souvent aux États unis.

Cons:

Un peu déçu par l'accueil avec une personne à la réception pas très souriante.
La clim qui se déclenche toute seule régulièrement mais comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels aux USA.
Ne comptez pas sur un bon café serré, pour le coup c'est raté (vive le jus de chaussettes 😅)

Pros:

Fiyat performans oteli. Chicago merkeze 20 km uzaklıkta, merkeze göre fiyatı uygun olduğu için tercih edilebilir. Odaların büyüklüğü gayet iyi, her gün Uber veya taksi ile merkeze gidilebilir, otelin bulunduğu Niles şehri sakin bir muhit. Otelin kahvaltısı yetersiz, domates-salatalık-peynir-kruvasan-meyve gibi temel yiyecekler yok.

Location was good not crazy busy.Market not too far away.

Cons:

Keep towels in pool better stocked. Breakfast was ok would have liked to have bisquits and gravy out more than 1 of 4 days there.
