Cons:

Мы заселились, администратор Мухамед сообщил, что у нас оплата не была произведена, однако Booking.com показывает, что оплата прошла, на следующий день другой администратор подтвердил, что оплата произведена ранее, все в порядке.

Другой случай, нам дали номер 416, у которого замок заблокировался и мы не смогли зайти уставшиеся вечером после длительной прогулки на следующей день после заезда, в тот же вечер нам дали другой номер, однако наши вещи остались в той комнате, мы остались без личных вещей и смогли взять их на следующее утро.

Завтраки скудные, экономные я бы сказал, но свежие, хотя за такие деньги можно было бы получить отличный завтрак в Дубае.

Шумно было в номере, так как нам дали номер в сторону трассы.

Ideaal hotel voor een comfortabel familiebezoek
Pros:

De gunstige en goed bereikbare ligging, ideaal voor een familiebezoek in de buurt. De kamer was ruim, netjes en praktisch ingericht. Ook het zwembad was een aangename extra om na een drukke dag even te ontspannen.

Het ontbijt was verzorgd en voldoende, maar eerder eenvoudig en bood mogelijk wat minder keuze dan verwacht

The hotel served my needs and location was perfect for the conference I was attending in Park Ridge.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. The offerings were normal continental-style. The banana I had was perfect...not too ripe! Warm cinnamon roll was great as was the coffee.

Cons:

The TV remote in my room didn't work. I phoned housekeeping to come and fix it. The front desk clerk came quite a while later, couldn't seem to figure it out, so I just asked him to turn it off. I was ready to go to bed and didn't want the TV on while I slept. He figured out that there was a button that I was unable to locate that shut the TV off.
