Excellent service, very comfortable and convenient. Really looking forward to the next visit.
Pros:

Awesome harbour views during Vivid, comfortable bed, and very, very comfortable large clean pillows. Fantastic service especially when the concierge brought some beautiful chamomile tea after I told him I had a migraine coming on. I really thank the young man who checked me in. He was so helpful and caring.

Cons:

Crowded breakfast area. Was hard to get a seat. Seemed more difficult to be served because I wanted to order a la carte not have the buffet (which I thought was a bit too pricey)

Pros:

Great location. Good room size. We loved the added touches of a coffee machine in your room and TV casting from your phone. Check-in staff were very friendly. Food in Sylvester’s on site restaurant was excellent and restaurant staff were delightful.

Cons:

The room fittings were a bit dated, but didn’t detract from our stay.

Only location.

Cons:

Except good location nothing is acceptable. They don't care about guests. Old fashioned and out dated hotel. This is totally unfair to take a high price and give less than a minimum.
