Comfortable, great location but hotel needs an upgrade!
Pros:

It is in a very good location. Easy to walk to most major attractions.

Cons:

The property is tired and needs a refurbished. We paid for a harbour bridge view and you had to stand against the window and look to the right to see the bridge!

Pros:

Absurd location and perfect views to the bridge. Rooms were ample, well lit and modern. Very confortable for 2 people without feeling on top of each other. Easy walking distance to all public transportation in the CBD, be the ferry to manly, the zoo or Luna park, the lightrail to visit chinatown, QVB or Haymarkets and the train/tram network.

Cons:

For the price range you would expect breakfast to be included as a courtesy, since it's a big hotel, during peak hours, the reception could feel excessively busy and you might have to wait for a couple of lifts to go up or down full of people before having room to fit in the next.

a great 3 days in sydney, a short trip this time as I specificaly came to see a show at the opera ho

staff recognized my daughter in laws birthday which was a very pleasant surprise.
the location of the hotel to all the places we intended on visiting was perfect, I would certainly book again when re visiting Sydney.

Cons:

as an interstate visitor i would have loved a room that faced the Quay/harbour/ opera house.
on reflection I should have booked by phoning not booking online.

Pros:

We were only there for one night so didn't really have much chance to judge the hotel. The best thing for our shot stay was the location, very good for The Rocks and views of the harbour.
