Excellent service, facilities and location!
Harbour Bridge, The Rocks and the most important for me Sydney Opera House were just in a short walking distance!

Having morning coffee, enjoying Sydney Opera House view from the window, became truly beguiling moments for me!

Great location for the rocks and opera house
Pros:

Great location room was a little on the small side but was adequate, had tea and coffee making facilities, nice walk in shower .
Restaurant was very nice .
Staff very friendly and helpful .
If you arrive early there is a room on the sixth floor where you can get refreshments and relax till your room is ready .

Pros:

The view was great

Cons:

the room had a wine fridge which you could not put bottles or anything in that did not roll out when you opened the door to the fridge, it also did not get very cold. The were no streaming services

Poor experience Unlike Marriot Hotel
Pros:

Treated rudely at the time of check in by receptionist named SKY She didn’t welcome us and gave us a unkept room I introduced her that I am Marriot member We stayed for 2 nights so on second day they had not cleaned the room so when I went down to complain that I would like my room cleaned some one came and just changed towels and some superficial stuff and at 11pm I realized that we were out of Toilet paper so I had to call frantically to to give us the toilet roll Lobby was always crowded

The overall building is pretty tired. The restaurant staff are overworked and stressed. They can’t make eye contact for fear of making a mistake. They seem to work off of a script and not allowed to make even the smallest decisions.
