Suited our purpose perfectly..
Pros:

Good position for the events we were attending we were attending by the harbour. Great staff and comfortable bed

Cons:

It was expensive because of the marathon weekend. All was good but I like to have a top sheet. Doonas get too hot

The facilities were good and the room a generous size. The staff were prompt responding to requests

Cons:

The only criticism I have is that the carpet is dirty.
Our bad timing to be leaving on same day as the Sydney marathon making getting a taxi or uber impossible. The hotel was unprepared for this. However the staff person who helped us went above and beyond to help eventually getting us to the station to take a train to the airport.

Both my husband and I had a great weekend with our family.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. Close to all great places to go and see. Great for all buses, trains and ferries. We came by car it is great that they have valet parking.

Cons:

Great lobby and Restaurant/Bar area…. Then up in lift …the hallways could do with a nicer carpet.
Room was ok, clean and the bed could do with a top sheet! Not just the quilt.
Tried the switch for the Night light? What and where was it?? (Thank goodness I take our own night light…)
Now the Air Con……. Fix the controller so the Fan goes down to 1 bar. We couldn’t get it to go down! I know we could have turned it off but the room would get stuffy.
On leaving we had a letter under the door (we’ve always had) ok BUT it’s always been the bill not what we had …saying that the credit card was declined!!!! Change the wording to - - Please settle your account, with the credit card, thank you so much….
