Location was excellent

Cons:

The rooms were dated. We had to wait 15 mins to be seated at breakfast. Not enough staff for the number of people. Check in had long lines.

Pros:

There was a very good variety of foods at the breakfast buffet. The location was very convenient for public transportation at Circular Quay. The room was on a high floor and was quiet despite construction across the street. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It is a big hotel and the lobby can be very hectic and noisy at peak check-in time. The windows in the bedrooms do not open.
